e0.17MPa~0.3MPabasedonuser’swaterquality,workingsystemandotherrequirements.4.13Themotorprotectionclass,insulationclassandotherrequirementsaredeterminedbasedonwhethertheuserequipmentislaidoutindoorsoroutdoors.4.14Alloilandwaterpipesshallbewashedcleanandkeptunblockedwithoutleakage.4.15Thetransmissionsshallbeabletorotateflexiblyandconvenientlywithoutjammingafterassembly.4.16Thelengthofparalleldeviationbetweenthecenterlineofmainshaftandthehorizontalplaneshallnotbemorethan0.1mmevery1000mmafterthedrum-screenisinstalled.4.17Thetoothcrestrunoutofbiggearringshallnotbemorethan1/4ofgearmoduleafterthedrum-screenisinstalled.4.18Therunoutonbothend-facesofthedrum-screenshallnotbemorethan0.0005D(Drepresentsthenominaldiameterofthedrum-screen).4.19Rawmaterials,purchasedpartsandoutsourcedpartsshallbeaccompaniedbythequalitycertificatesfromthemanufacturer.Asforimportedparts,certificateoforiginandinspectionreportarealsorequired.4.20Therunningnoiseofthedrum-screen(includingthemotor)shallnotbehigherthan85dB(A).5.InspectionMethods5.1TheironcastingsshallbeinspectedaccordingtoGB/T9439.5.2ThesteelcastingsshallbeinspectedaccordingtoGB/T11352.5.3TheforgingsshallbeinspectedaccordingtoJB/T4385.5.4TheweldmentsshallbeinspectedaccordingtoGB50205.5.5Theantisepticpaintingtreatmentofdrum-screenshallbeinspectedaccordingtoGB50205.5.6ThewaterlevelrecorderinArticle4.8ofthestandardshallbeinspectedaccordingtorelevantstandardsofthemanufacturer.5.7Articles4.16,4.17and4.18ofthestandardhadbetterbeinspectedbytheregularmethodsforuniversalmeasuringinstruments.5.8Thedrum-screenshallbeassembledandgothroughverticalno-loadtestbeforeleavingfactory.Thetransmissionsystemshallcomplywiththestandard.TheradialrunoutshallbemeasuredaccordingtoArticle4.17ofthestandard.TheaxialrunoutshallbemeasuredaccordingtoArticle4.18ofthestandard.5.9ThepurchasedpartsandoutsourcedpartsinArticle4.19ofthestandardincludingautomaticbackwashfilterandwasherpumpshallbeinspectedaccordingtorelevantstandardsofthemanufacturer.5.10Themainshaftsealofthedrum-screenshallgothroughtightnesstestinthefactoryandtheleakageshallnotbemorethan0.2L/day.5.11Therunningnoiseofthedrum-screen(includingthemotor)shallbemeasuredaccordingtoJB/T8098.6.InspectionRules6.1EachproductshallpasstheinspectionconductedbytheQCdepartmentofthemanufacturingplantandbeaccompaniedbyproductqualitycertificatebeforeleavingfactory.6.2Productsshallbeassembledinthemanufacturingplantbeforeleavingfactory.Meanwhile,oneproductshallbepickedfromeachbatchforverticalno-loadtest.6.3Productinanyofthefollowingsituationsshallgothroughtypetest:a)Trialproduction,typeapprovalandidentificationofnewproduct;b)Majorimprovementofstructure,processandmaterial;c)Thequalitysupervisionauthoritymakesarequest.7.Labeling,PackagingandTransportation7.1Onerustproofnameplateshallbefixatedonnotablelocationofeachdrum-screen,atleastincludingthefollowingcontent:a)Productnameandmodel;b)Drum-screendiameterandwidth;c)Completemachinequality;d)Screenboardvelocity;e)Ex-factorynumber;f)Dateofmanufacture;g)Nameofmanufacturingplant.7.2Theproductpackageshallco
