摄影师经理劳务合同合同编号：__________photographermanagerservicecontractthiscontract(hereinafterreferredtoas"thiscontract")ismadeandenteredintoonthedatehereinafterwrittenandbetween[photographer'sname],apersonoffulllegalageandcapacity("photographer"),and[manager'sname],apersonoffulllegalageandcapacity("manager").1.services1.1photographeragreestoprovidemanagerwiththefollowingservices(collectively,the"services"):(a)managephotographer'sschedule,bookings,andotherrelatedtasks;(b)promotephotographer'sworkandincreasephotographer'svisibilityintheindustry;(c)negotiatecontractsandotherrelatedtasksonbehalfofphotographer;and(d)providemanagerialandconsultingservicestophotographer.1.2photographeragreestoprovidemanagerwithreasonablenoticeofanyschedulingchangesorcancellations.2.term2.2upontheexpirationoftheinitialterm,thiscontractshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetermsof[termlength],unlesseitherpartyprovideswrittennoticeofitsintentionnottorenewatleast[numberofdays]priortotheexpirationoftheinitialtermoranysubsequentterm.3.payment4.representationandwarranty4.1photographerrepresentsandwarrantstomanagerthat:(a)photographerhasthefulllegalrightandauthoritytoenterintothiscontractandtoperformhisorherobligationshereunder;(b)theservicesprovidedphotographerhereundershallbeofprofessionalqualityandshallnotinfringeuponanycopyright,trademark,patent,orotherintellectualpropertyrightofanythirdparty;and(c)photographerisnotsubjecttoanylegalrestrictionsorobligationsthatwouldpreventorlimitphotographer'sperformanceofhisorherobligationshereunder.4.2managerrepresentsandwarrantstophotographerthat:(a)managerhasthefulllegalrightandauthoritytoenterintothiscontractandtoperformhisorherobligationshereunder;(b)managershallusereasonableeffortstopromotephotographer'sworkandincreasephotographer'svisibilityintheindustry;and(c)managerisnotsubjecttoanylegalrestrictionsorobligationsthatwouldpreventorlimitmanager'sperformanceofhisorherobligationshereunder.5.indemnification5.1photographeragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessmanagerfromandagainstanyandallclaims,demands,actions,suits,proceedings,judgments,losses,damages,liabilities,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwith:(a)photographer'sbreachofanyrepresentationorwarrantymadeunderthiscontract;(b)photographer'sperformanceornonperformanceofhisorherobligationsunderthiscontract;or(c)anyactoromissionofphotographerinconnectionwiththeservicesprovidedunderthiscontract.5.2manageragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessphotographerfromandagainstanyandallclaims,demands,actions,suits,proceedings,judgments,losses,damages,liabilities,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwith:(a)manager'sbreachofanyrepresentationorwarrantymadeunderthiscontract;(b)manager'sperformanceornonperformanceofhisorherobligationsunderthiscontract;or(c)anyactoromissionofmanagerinconnectionwiththeservicesprovidedunderthiscontract.6.termination6.1eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyif:7.miscellaneous7.一、附件列表：摄影师个人资料摄影师作品集经理的个人资料经理的联系方式合同履行时间表费用明细表推广计划旅行安排住宿安排餐饮安排二、违约行为及认定：摄影师未能按照约定提供服务或提供的服务不符合专业质量标准摄影师未能按照约定时间支付经理佣金或报销费用摄影师未能按照约定通知managerschedulingchanges或取消经理未能按照约定推广摄影师的作品或增加其行业知名度经理未能按照约定时间收取佣金经理未能按照约定履行合同义务三、法律名词及解释：摄影师：指具有完全法定年龄和能力的个人经理：指具有完全法定年龄和能力的个人服务：指摄影师同意提供给经理的管理服务，包括安排时间表、推广作品、谈判合同等佣金：指摄影师同意支付给经理的合同收入的指定比例推广：指经理同意进行的宣传活动，以提高摄影师的作品知名度和行业地位报销：指摄影师同意支付给经理的合理支出，包括旅行、住宿和餐饮费用四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：问题：摄影师未能按照约定时间提供服务解决办法：经理应与摄影师协商，重新安排时间表，确保合同履行问题：摄影师未能按照约定时间支付佣金或报销费用解决办法：经理应向摄影师发出书面催款通知，要求其在规定时间内支付佣金或报销费用问题：摄影师未能按照约定通知managerschedulingchanges或取消解决办法：经理应与摄影师保持密切沟通，确保及时了解摄影师的日程变化和取消情况问题：经理未能按照约定推广摄影师的作品或增加其行业知名度解决办法：摄影师应与经理协商，制定详细的推广计划，并监督经理的推广活动问题：经理未能按照约定时间收取佣金解决办法：摄影师应按照约定时间支付佣金，确保经理的权益得到保障五、所有应用场景：
