——校本小学生思想品德素质发展评价的研究

内容摘要：每个小学生都是一个个体，他们之间的个性普遍存在着差异，为了顾及各个层次学生的品德素质发展，在小学生思想品德素质发展评价上必须进行改革，做到评价及时、客观、针对性强，评价者参与面广，使不同学生综合素质的形成和发展在各自的最适宜发展的层域内得到充分的发展，这样就可能顾及不同学生综合素质的发展，从而让学生的童年绽放精彩。

关键词：小学思想品德素质评价由于思想品德教育的重要意义，有关这方面的理论研究可谓汗牛充栋，也建立了一些诸如《守则》《规范》之类的规章制度。但随着时代的不断发展，以前的小学生思想品德评价制度已不完全适应当前学生发展的要求。于是，全国有不少学校着手研究如何改革传统德育评价机制，如在小学推行“等级分”和正面鼓励评语等考评制度改革。但这种做法仍存在着这样的缺陷：一是关注结果而忽视过程，评价方法单一；二是评价的时间间隔太长，难以反映学生的思想品德形成过程中出现波动性和反复性，一定程度上影响了德育评价的效度；
