4.1Material
ThemainmaterialoftheplasticductshallbePVC-Uresin,inwhichnecessaryadditivesfor
improvementofproductperformanceareadded.
4.2Color
Thecolorofductisusuallynaturalcolorofthematerial,oragreeduponbythecustomers
andthemanufacturers.Thecolorshallbeuniform.
4.3Appearance
Eachholeintheductshallbesquare.Theinnerandoutersurfacesoftheductshallbesmooth
andflat,withnobubble,crack,pit,bulge,colorchanginglineorobviousimpurity.Thecross

sectionofductendshallbeflat,withnocrackorrag,andbeverticaltothelongitudinal
axisoftheduct.
4.4Dimensions
ThetypicaldimensionsofgridductareinTable1.Otherdimensionsshouldbeagreedupon
bythecustomersandthemanufacturers.Casinglengthmayalsobeagreeduponbythecustomers
andthemanufacturers.
Thelengthoftheductjointshallnotbelessthan200mm,andthethicknessshallnotbeless
thantheminimumouterwallthicknessofthecorrespondingduct.

qualifiationlabelsbeforethedelivery.

6.3Deliveryinspection
6.3.1Group
Onegroupisdefinedasproductswithsameamount,andaremanufacturedbysamebatchofraw
materials,samerecipeandsameprocesses.Theamountofeverygroupdoesnotexceed6×104
kg.Iftheproductionislowandcannotreach6×104kgin6days,thentheproductsmanufactured
in7dayscanbevaluedasonegroup.

6.3.3.2ThesamplingfordimensionstestisaccordingtoGB/T2828.1-2012,thenormally-test
-oncesamplingscheme,andtheinspectionleveltakeslevelIwithAQL6.5.Thesamplingscheme

6.3.3.3Amongthequalifiedsamplingproducts,enoughsamplesarepickedrandomly,andother
deliveryinspectionitemsinTable3shallbecarriedoutdependingontheproduct
classification.
6.3.4Criterionofdeliveryinspection
Theproductisunqualifiedifanyitemofthe100%inspectionitemsisfailed.Agroupis
unqualifiedifanydimensionitemsisfailedaccordingtotherequirementsinTable4.Ifthere
isonemechanicalitemfailed,doubleamountofsamplesshallberandomlypickedfromthesame
groupandthesametestshallbecarriedout.Ifthesamplesstillfailthere-tests,thegroup
isjustifiedasunqualified.Thegroupofunqualifiedproductsshallbedelivered.
6.4Typicalinspection
6.4.1Typicalinspectionitems

Thetypeinspectionsamplesshallbepickedrandomlyfromtheproductsthatarequalifiedin
thedeliveryinspection.
6.4.3Requirementsoftypicalinspection
Normallythetypeinspectioniscarriedoutonceayear.Theinspectionshallbecarriedout
whenoneofthefollowingcasesoccurs:
a)Newproductororiginalproducttochangetheproductionsiteofthefinalizationoftrial
production;

b)Thestructure,materialorproducingprocesschangealot,mayinfluenceperformanceof
theproduct;
c)Themanufactureresumeproducingafter6monthsorlongerinterval;
d)Theresultsofdeliveryinspectionhaveobviousdifferencesfromtheresultsofthelast
timetypeinspection.
6.4.4Criterionoftypeinspection
Ifanyoftheinspectionitemsisunqualified,doubleamountofsamplesshallbepickedfrom
thesamegroupandthesametestshallbecarriedout.Ifthesamplesstillfailthere-tests,
thetypeinspectionisjustifiedasunqualified.Ifthisoccurs,theacceptance,manufacturing
oftheproductsofthesamemodelshallbestopped.Themanufacturershallanalyzethereasons
andtakecorrespondingactionsuntilthetypeinspectionisqualified,thenthemanufacturing
andacceptancecanberesumed,
7Marking,delivery,storage
7.1Marking
Theproductshallhavemarkingsofthefollowing:model,nameofthecompanyorbrand,executed
standardandmanufacturingdate.Everyductshallcontainatleastonecompletemarking.
7.2Delivery
Theproductsshallavoidbeingviolentstriked,tossedorsmashedduringdelivery.
7.3Storage
Thestorageplaceshouldbeflat,andtheproductsshallbestackedorderly.Thestackheight
shallnotexceed2m.Theproductsshallbeatleast1mawayfromheatsourcesandavoidbeing
exposedtothesun.
Stocktemperature:-20℃~+60℃.

A.1TheJointofduct
A.1.1Theshapeoftheinnerwalloftheductjointshallbeexactlythesameasthatofthe
outerwalloftheduct.
A.1.2Thevicatsofteningtemperatureisgreaterthanorequalto74℃.Inaccordancewith
YD/T841.1-2016,5.16.
A.1.3ThefallingtestofcasingductiscarriedoutinaccordancewithGB/T8801-2007,The
specimensshallnotbedamagedorcracked.
A.1.4HotoventestiscarriedoutinaccordancewithGB/T8801-2007,Thetestresultsshall
conformtothedecisionresultsinChapter6ofGB/T8803-2001.
A.2Theplugofduct
A.2.1Ductcanbeusedwithsingleholetypeplug,alsocanbeusedwithintegralplug.But
theintegralplugshouldbeabletoflexiblyadjustthenumberandpositionofblockedholes
inaporousduct.
A.2.2Thegapbetweentheductplugandtheductholeshouldbeclosedtightly.Thepulling
