概要写作属于限制性写作,它是阅读理解和写作的有机结合。短文的文体以说明文、议论文为主。该题型主要考查学生对大段文字的概括能力和转换表达能力。概要写作的方法:第一步:通读全文,明确文章结构

根据意义划分文中的自然段,这一般就是要点的数量。第二步:删除冗繁,提炼关键信息

找出段落主题句,最后归纳的要点往往是这些词句的同义转述。删除原文中描述性的语言和细节性的信息,如列举的数字和事例等。第三步:罗列要点,进行同义转换

为避免和原文句子重复,可利用同义转述和句式转换这两种方式归纳要点。控制字数,分清主次。要注意不增不减不曲解信息,在正确理解原文的前提下,用简洁的语言表达信息。第四步:丰富表达,注意衔接过渡

合理使用非谓语动词、从句和特殊句式等高级表达,句子结构不可过长,也不要用太复杂的句子结构。同时选用适当的衔接词连接上下文,保证概要部分内容的连贯性。注意事项:(1)要把文章的具体信息用一些具有概括功能的词或句子表述出来,而不是抄袭文章的原句,更不是把细节性信息作为文章中心。(2)要通过对文章中的单词、词组和句子进行合理转换,对文章的具体信息进行概括,再用合适的语言表达出来。2.常见的词义转换(1)表示受欢迎be/become
