2024版机器租赁合同书样本合同编号：__________machinerentalcontractBETWEENPartyA:____________________________Address:____________________________LegalRepresentative:____________________ContactPerson:____________________PartyB:____________________________Address:____________________________LegalRepresentative:____________________ContactPerson:____________________Thismachinerentalcontract(hereinafterreferredtoas"thisContract")ismadeandenteredintoasofthedatefirstabovewrittenandbetweenPartyAandPartyB(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties").WITNESSETH:1.RentalofMachinery1.1PartyAhereagreestorentfromPartyBcertainmachinery(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Machinery")asdescribedinExhibitAattachedhereto.1.2PartyBagreestorenttheMachinerytoPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.2.TermofRental2.2UpontheexpirationoftheInitialRentalTerm,thisContractmayberenewedforadditionaltermsof____________monthseach,uponmutualagreementoftheParties.3.RentalsandPayments3.1PartyAshallpayPartyBamonthlyrentalfeefortheMachineryintheamountof____________dollars($____________),duringtheRentalTerm.3.2AllpaymentsdueunderthisContractshallbemadePartyAtoPartyBinaccordancewiththepaymenttermssetforthinExhibitBattachedhereto.4.UseofMachinery4.2PartyAshallnotmodify,repair,oraltertheMachinerywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyB.5.MaintenanceandRepair5.1PartyBshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheMachineryduringtheRentalTerm,excepttotheextentsuchmaintenanceorrepairisnecessitatedthefaultormisuseofPartyA.5.2PartyAshallnotifyPartyBpromptlyofanymalfunctionordamagetotheMachineryandshallnotattempttomakeanyrepairswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyB.6.DeliveryandReturnofMachinery6.2UpontheexpirationorterminationoftheRentalTerm,PartyAshallreturntheMachinerytoPartyBingoodcondition,normalwearandtearexcepted,atthelocationsetforthinExhibitCattachedhereto.7.DefaultandTermination7.1IfPartyAfailstomakeanyrentalpaymentwhendue,PartyBmaydeclareadefaultandterminatethisContract.7.2IfPartyBfailstoprovidetheMachineryinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract,PartyAmaydeclareadefaultandterminatethisContract.8.Indemnification8.1PartyAagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessPartyBagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,losses,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeuse,operation,orpossessionoftheMachineryPartyA.8.2PartyBagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessPartyAagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,losses,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeprovisionoftheMachineryPartyB.9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution9.1ThisContractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictionsetforthinExhibitDattachedhereto.9.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheAmericanArbitrationAssociation.10.EntireAgreement10.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheParties.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshaveexecutedthismachinerentalcontractasofthedatefirstabovewritten.PartyA:____________________________By:____________________________Name:________________一、附件列表：1.ExhibitADescriptionofMachinery
