最灰暗的青春

有关跑步的记忆始于大学失恋与考研失败之后。

那时候觉得整个生命都是暗淡无光的，不止是被世界抛弃，而是从此再也没有世界。

那时恰逢学校操场经过暑假修整，铺上了新的塑胶和假草坪，初秋晚来很多人在操场绕圈散步，他们大多是手拉手的情侣或者三五成群的同学，我则只有我的耳机作伴。

北方的秋天很舒爽，夜幕深垂的时候有些凉意，风刮在脸上还是柔和的。

我的步伐和着耳中的节奏，彼时彼刻我感觉我的生命是流动的，像乐章，如清风，不再是一潭死水，我听见自己的呼吸和心跳，我看见碧天里的星辰在闪烁，脚下粗糙的跑道表面粗糙的颗粒与鞋底之间摩擦着。

在他们的带动下我有时也会去顺峰山跑跑步放松，但是我的体力跟他们差很远，顶多也就跑个10公里。

他就说叫我陪他，就算跑不完也没关系，大多数人都是跑不下来。

跑步仍然是我生命中重要的仪式。

我的初恋终于此，我的婚姻始于此。
