Theyfoundthattheself-compassiongroupreportedgreaterfeelingsofacceptance,
forgivenessandpersonalimprovement,comparedwiththecontrolgroupandtheself-esteem
group.Inotherwords,focusingonyourbestqualitiesisnotwhathelpsyoufeelbetterabout
