2、学习中存在畏难情绪。由于自己写作基础差，知识积累少。时常在教员布置作业时，篇幅短的，感觉还可以承受，一旦篇幅较长，思想压力就比较大，总有一种难以应付的感觉，往往是绞尽脑汁也拿不出像样的东西，有时不免有种畏难情绪，缺乏一种知难而上的精神。

三、今后努力方向

1、多读。利用在校学习时间相对比较集中的有利条件，多读书，不断完善自己的知识结构。一是多读一些理论书籍，不断提高自己的理论层次；二是多阅读一些政工研究文章和政工信息材料，学习别人的写作方法和观点提炼，掌握一些政工信息；三是多读一些有利于提高自己写作能力的书籍，不断拓宽自己的知识面。

2、多思。政工写作水平的提高还不能满足于“照葫芦画瓢”，要切实提高政工写作水平，必须使自己养成勤于思考的习惯，找出政工写作的规律性东西，形成自己的写作特色。

黄坚强老师在该交流会上多次强调：“宁要原创主义的草，也不要主义抄袭主要的苗。”如相同的课，内容是相同的，但是方法可以多种多样，即同课异构；又如不同的课，内容是不相同的，但是方法有点类似，但是实际例子却又不同。这就要求我们作为老师要做好第一步，吃透教材，提前备好每一节课，只有熟悉教材，才会找到生活中或机床加工的例子或问题来解决本节课的内容。第二，假如采用的例子是贴近生活，最好是近来发生的事件。第三，反思采用此例子或问题来讲课过程中存在怎么样的问题，我们应该怎么样来完善和组织更好呢？第四，把讲得最好一次例子或问题采用图文并茂的方式记录下来，因为我们是搞机械类的，缺乏了图形，就缺乏了最形象直观的证据。

二、文字句子组织方面要下工夫

作为工科类专业的教师，教书的水平可能不低，但就是写不出好的论文。黄坚强老师在该交流会上也多次强调：“我们工科类的专业老师，要想论文获奖，就要在文字句子组织要方面下点工夫。”其实，我本人也很早就清楚自己的写作水平较低，但是就是一直不肯去下工夫学习。听了这论文写作交流会后，不但为自己，还要为工作室提供支持与帮助，所以本人今后在写作方面要加强学习，争取自己的写作水平再上一个台阶。
