Thisisespeciallytrueforstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseof
extremelylimitedsocialskillstheyareoftenrejectedbyothers一and
rejectiongivesthemevenfewerchancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.
Inmyopinionnowthatinterpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'
developmentcollegesshouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensive
interpersonalrelationshipscourse.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledge
skillsattitudesandbehaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositive
relationshipsinthefamilyandwithindividualsatschoolinthecommunity
andintheworkplace.OnStudents'InterpersonalRelationshipPositive
interpersonalrelationshipsarevitalforoptimalhumangrowthand
development.However,inrecentyears,concernhasbeenexpressedby
educatorsaboutthequalityofinterpersonalrelationshipamongstudentsin
institutionsofhighereducation.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbyHebei
University,manycollege-agestudentsfindinterpersonalrelationshipthe
biggestheadache.Increasingdiversityandrapidchangesinoursocietyare
makinginteractingwithotherscontinuallymorecomplexanddifficult.With
limitedlifeexperiencesandsocialskills,collegestudentsarefacingmore
challengesindealingwithinterpersonalrelationship.Thisisespeciallytrue
forstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseofextremelylimitedsocial
skills,theyareoftenrejectedbyothers一andrejectiongivesthemevenfewer
chancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.Inmyopinion,nowthat
interpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'development,colleges
shouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensiveinterpersonalrelationships
course.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledge,skills,attitudesand
behaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositiverelationshipsinthe
familyandwithindividualsatschool,inthecommunity,andintheworkplace.
