Thestructuretodayisthatweformteamswithinteamstoplacepeoplewhocanmanufacture

aproduct.Eachteamhasmembersthatcanmanufacturedifferentproducts.Theactualteamsnow

areself-managing,sowedon'tevenhaveteamleaders.You'vegottheteams,andthenyou've
