2.自然环境（绿水青山，环境优美）；

3.人文环境（交通便利，生活和谐）；

4.表示欢迎。

三、要点认定：

1.考生必须有较完整的句子表达出要点。如只有关键词而无主谓结构，不可视为要点

写出。

2.围绕要点的发挥，如有语言错误，则扣语言分。

四、为了操作方便，按表达要点的多少和使用语言的情况，划分为五个档次，列表说明如下：
