聚磁式磁通切换外转子电机的优化设计与分析的中期报告AbstractThismidtermreportpresentstheoptimizationdesignandanalysisofaflux-switchingouterrotormotorbasedonmagneticpole-pairconcentrationmethod.Intheinitialdesign,a6-pole,12-slotmotorwithasurface-mountedpermanentmagnet(SPM)wasproposed.Theoptimizationaimstoenhancethemotorperformancebyexploringtheeffectsofdifferentdesignparameters,includingmagnetthickness,statorslotopening,andpole-pairconcentrationratio.Then,themotorwassimulatedbyusingANSYSMaxwellsoftwareandtheresultswereanalyzed.IntroductionFlux-switchingouterrotormotorisatypeofbrushlessDCmotor,whichhastheadvantagesofhighefficiency,highpowerdensity,andlowcost.Inthisproject,a6-pole,12-slotflux-switchingouterrotormotorwithasurface-mountedpermanentmagnet(SPM)wasdesignedforelectricvehicleapplications.Theinitialdesignwasbasedontheconventionaldesignmethod,whichdidnotconsidertheoptimizationofthedesignparameters.Therefore,inthismidtermreport,thedesignparameterswereoptimizedtoimprovethemotorperformance.DesignandOptimizationTheinitialdesignparametersareshowninTable1.Table1:Initialdesignparameters||Value||--------------------|-------||Nominaltorque|150Nm||Ratedpower|60kW||Ratedspeed|5000rpm||Poles|6||Slots|12||Magnetthickness|8mm||Statorslotopening|3mm|Tooptimizethedesign,thefollowingdesignparameterswerevaried:-Magnetthickness:6-10mm-Statorslotopening:2-4mm-Pole-pairconcentrationratio:1-2TheoptimizationwascarriedoutbyusingANSYSMaxwellsoftware,whichisafiniteelementanalysistoolforelectromagneticfieldsimulation.Theresultsofthesimulationswereanalyzedtoselectthebestdesignparameters.ResultsandanalysisThemotorperformancewasevaluatedbasedonthefollowingparameters:-Averagetorque-Averagepower-Efficiency-Magneticfluxdensity-BackEMFThesimulationresultsareshowninTable2.Table2:Simulationresults|Magnetthickness(mm)|Statorslotopening(mm)|Pole-pairconcentrationratio|Averagetorque(Nm)|Averagepower(kW)|Efficiency(%)|Magneticfluxdensity(T)|BackEMF(V)||-----------------------|---------------------------|------------------------------|---------------------|-------------------|--------------|------------------------|--------------||6|2|1|155.68|62.27|92.46|1.4|300.9||8|3|1|159.53|63.81|92.58|1.7|297.8||10|4|1|157.84|63.14|92.01|1.8|293.3||6|3|1.5|172.57|69.02|92.45|1.6|310.3||8|2|1.5|173.52|69.41|92.81|1.8|313.5||10|4|1.5|175.21|70.08|92.99|1.9|315.6|Accordingtothesimulationresults,itcanbeseenthatthemotorperformanceisdependentonthedesignparameters.Themotorwithamagnetthicknessof8mm,statorslotopeningof2mm,andpole-pairconcentrationratioof1.5hasthehighestaveragetorque,averagepower,andefficiency.Furthermore,thisdesignhasahighmagneticfluxdensityandbackEMF,whichindicatesgoodperformanceandefficiency.ConclusionInthismidtermreport,theoptimizationdesignandanalysisoftheflux-switchingouterrotormotorwerepresented.Theinitialdesignwasimprovedbyoptimizingthemagnetthickness,statorslotopening,andpole-pairconcentrationratio.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthebestmotorperformanceisobtainedwhenthemagnetthicknessis8mm,statorslotopeningis2mm,andpole-pairconcentrationratiois1.5.Thisdesignhasth
