关于深拔型减压加热炉管内结焦问题的研究的中期报告AbstractInthispaper,wereportontheprogressmadeinourresearchontheproblemofcokinginsidethedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetube.Wefirstprovideabriefintroductiontotheresearchbackground,includingtheimportanceofthefurnacetubeinindustrialprocesses,aswellastheproblemsoffoulingandcokingthatcanariseduringoperation.Wethendescribethemethodandresultsofourmid-termstudy,whichinvolvedacombinationofexperimentalandtheoreticalapproaches.Ourexperimentalworkinvolvedrunningthefurnaceundervariousoperatingconditions(e.g.differenttemperatures,steamflowrates,andfuelmixtures),andmonitoringtheformationandbuild-upofcokedepositsinsidethetube.Wealsoconductedthermodynamicmodelingtobetterunderstandthefactorsthatcontributetocoking,suchastheinteractionsbetweenfuelandprocessgas,aswellasthethermodynamicsandkineticsofcokeformation.Ourinitialresultssuggestthatthemostsignificantfactorsaffectingcokinginthefurnacetubearetheoperatingtemperatureandthefuelcomposition,withlowertemperaturesandhigherhydrocarbonfuelscontributingtogreatercokeformation.Ourongoingresearchwillfocusondevelopingstrategiesforminimizingcokingandfoulinginthefurnacetube,suchasadjustingthefuelmixandoptimizingprocessconditions.Wewillalsocontinuetorefineourunderstandingofthethermodynamicandkineticprocessesinvolvedincokeformation,withthegoalofdevelopingpredictivemodelsthatcanbeusedtooptimizefurnaceperformanceandreducemaintenancecosts.IntroductionThedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetubeisacriticalcomponentinmanyindustrialprocesses,includingoilrefining,petrochemicalproduction,andchemicalsynthesis.Thefurnacetubeisresponsibleforheatingprocessgastohightemperatures,andisoftensubjecttosevereoperatingconditionsincludinghighpressure,hightemperature,andcorrosivegasmixtures.Onecommonproblemthatcanariseduringfurnaceoperationistheformationofcokedepositsontheinnersurfaceofthetube,whichcanreduceefficiency,increasemaintenancecosts,andevencausecatastrophicfailure.Understandingthefactorsthatcontributetocokinginthefurnacetube,anddevelopingstrategiestominimizeorpreventit,isthereforeacriticalareaofresearchinthefieldofindustrialprocessengineering.MethodsOurmid-termstudyinvolvedacombinationofexperimentalandtheoreticalapproachestoinvestigatethemechanismsofcokinginthedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetube.Inordertoidentifythekeyfactorsthatcontributetocoking,wefirstconductedaseriesofexperimentsinwhichweoperatedthefurnaceunderdifferentconditionsandrecordedtheformationandbuild-upofcokedepositsovertime.Specifically,wevariedthetemperatureofthefurnace,thesteamflowrate,andthefuelmixtureused(i.e.theratioofhydrocarbonstohydrogen),andmeasuredtherateofcokeformationanddepositionontheinnersurfaceofthetube.Wealsoconductedthermodynamicmodelingtobetterunderstandthemechanismsunderlyingcokinginthefurnacetube.Thisinvolveddevelopingatheoreticalmodelofthefurnacesystemthatincorporatesthethermodynamicpropertiesoftheprocessgasandthefuelmixture,aswellasthekineticsofcokeformationinthepresenceofsteamandotherprocessgases.Bysimulatingthebehaviorofthefurnaceunderdifferentoperatingconditions,wewereabletopredicttherateofcokeformationanddepositionunderdifferentconditions,andidentifythekeyfactorsthatcontributetothisprocess.ResultsOurmid-termresultssuggestthatthemostsignificantfactorsaffectingcokeformationinthedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetubearetheoperatingtemperatureandthefuelcomposition.Specifically,wefoundthatlowertemperaturesandhigherhydrocarbonfuels(suchasmethaneorpropane)tendtoleadtogreatercokeformation,whilehighertemperaturesandlowerhydrocarbonfuels(suchashydrogen)tendtoreduceorpreventcokeformation.Ourmodelingworksuggeststhatthisisduetothethermodynamicandkineticpropertiesofthecoke-formingreaction,aswellastheinteractionsbetweenthefuelmixtureandtheprocessgas.Wealsoobservedthattherateofcokedepositionappearstobestronglyinfluencedbythesteamflowrate,withhighersteamflowratesresultinginfasterdepositionrates.Thisisconsistentwithpreviousworkoncokeformationinotherindustrialsettings,andmaybeduetotheroleofsteaminpromotingtheformationanddepositionofcarbon-richspeciesontheinnersurfaceofthefurnacetube.DiscussionOurresultssuggestthatthekeyfactorscontributingtocokeformationinthedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetubearetheoperatingtemperature,thefuelcomposition,andthesteamflowrate.Thesefindingshaveimportantimplicationsforthedesignandoperationofindustrialfurnacesystems,aswellasforthedevelopmentofstrategiestominimizefoulingandcokinginthesesystems.FutureDirectionsMovingforward,ourresearchwillfocusonusingthesefindingstodeveloppracticalstrategiesforminimizingcokingandfoulinginthedeep-drawntypepressure-reducingheatingfurnacetube.Thismayinvolveoptimizingt
