工作描述:

1、产品质量巡检记录

2、监督操作者按工艺要求进行操作

3、以及完成上级交待的其它工作

职责描述:

1.负责公司质量方针、质量目标的贯彻落实,公司质量管理体系的运行维护。

2.负责公司各种品质制度的制订与实施,品质活动的执行与推动。

3.负责来料、制程、成品品质标准、检验规格的制订与执行,监督指导iqc、ipqc、qa的工作。

4.负责公司品质异常的处理,配合销售部对客户投诉和退货进行调查处理。

5.不合格预防和纠正措施的制定与督导执行。

6.品质信息的收集、倡导、回复,品质成本的分析控制。

7.负责全员品质的推行,对各部门工作进行内部质量稽核。

8.对供应商的评估,供应商质量辅导。

任职要求:

1、必须具备英语四级以上且口语流利.

2、5年以上品质管理工作经验,熟悉塑胶/锌合金产品,有魄力能推动质量改革;

3、熟悉iso/ts16949管理体系标准,并对6sigma有一定的认识;

4、对fmea、apqp、ppap、msa、spc五大工具有深入了解并可熟练使用;

5、熟悉pdca、8d、5w1h、5s、七大统计分析工具等管理工具的应用;

•constantlyreviewfinancialdataandsupporttheregionalteaminprovidingrealisticinputintothesalesbudgets

•takesdecisionsonmattersrelatingtothedaytodayoperationwithintheirdefinedworkareaincludingthestrategicplanningofresources

•translatesthestrategicgoalsintooperationalplanstoachievetherequiredtargetedgrowthinsalesandprofit;identifiesandoptimisespromotionalopportunitiesensuringtheseareco-ordinatedwithwiderpromotionsandcampaigns
