应用文写作非信件类

通知

通知是上级对下级，组织对成员等部署工作，宣传事情或召开会议等使用的应用文，分

为口头通知和书面通知。通知通常包括三部分：1.通知的具体事项内容；2.事件的时间地

点及通知对象；3.注意事项

口头通知所使用的语言具有明显口语特征，通俗易懂，其发通知的单位和日期都可以不

写。

书面通知是正式的布告或公告，要求语言规范，简洁。

格式：标题为Notice或NOTICE；正文；正文右下方为发出通知的单位或个人
