基于耗散结构的供应链网分形整合的熵评价模型研究的中期报告Abstract:Thismid-termreportisaprogressupdateontheresearchofentropyevaluationmodelforfractalintegrationofsupplychainnetworksbasedondissipativestructures.Theresearchaimstoproposeanewmethodologyforevaluatingtheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworksusingentropytheoryanddissipativestructuretheory.Inthisreport,wewillintroducetheresearchbackground,literaturereview,researchobjectives,andpreliminaryresearchresults.Introduction:Supplychainnetworkintegrationisessentialformodernbusinessestoenhanceefficiency,reducecosts,andachievesustainabledevelopment.However,existingresearchprimarilyfocusesontheoptimizationofsupplychainstructuresandoperations,ratherthantheevaluationoftheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworks.Traditionalperformanceevaluationmodelsmeasurestaticmetrics,suchascost,inventory,anddeliverytime,buttheyignorethedynamicandfractalcharacteristicsofsupplychainnetworks.Fractalintegrationreferstotheprocessofconnectingsmall-scalefractalcomponentstocreatealarge-scalefractalstructure.Ithasbeenwidelyappliedinvariousfields,suchasphysics,biology,andeconomics.However,thereisalackofresearchonapplyingfractalintegrationtosupplychainnetworks.Entropytheoryanddissipativestructuretheoryarepowerfultoolstodescribethedynamicandfractalcharacteristicsofcomplexsystems,includingsupplychainnetworks.Inthisresearch,weproposeanewmethodologyforentropyevaluationoffractalintegrationofsupplychainnetworksbasedondissipativestructuretheory.Literaturereview:Existingresearchonsupplychainintegrationmainlyfocusesonthestructuralandoperationalaspectsofsupplychainnetworks.Mintzbergetal.(2005)proposedatypologyofsupplychainstructures,includingsimple,functional,divisional,andstrategic.GuffeyandHutt(2016)suggestedvariousoperationalstrategies,suchasleanproduction,agilemanufacturing,andpostponement.However,fewstudieshaveevaluatedtheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworksfromadynamicandfractalperspective.ZhouandNaim(2015)proposedafractalmodelforsupplychains,buttheirmodelonlymeasuredfractality,nottheperformanceofthenetwork.Researchobjectives:Theobjectivesofthisresearchareto:1.Proposeanewmethodologyforentropyevaluationoffractalintegrationofsupplychainnetworksbasedondissipativestructuretheory.2.Developamathematicalmodeltomeasuretheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworksusingentropytheoryanddissipativestructuretheory.3.Applytheproposedmethodologyandmodeltoareal-worldcasestudyandevaluatetheperformanceoftheintegratedsupplychainnetwork.Preliminaryresearchresults:Inthepreliminarystageoftheresearch,wehave:1.Reviewedliteratureonsupplychainintegration,fractalintegration,andentropyevaluation.2.Analyzedthedissipativestructuretheoryanditsapplicationinsupplychainnetworks.3.Developedamathematicalmodelforentropyevaluationoffractalintegrationofsupplychainnetworks.4.Validatedtheproposedmodelusingsimulationexperiments.Theresultssuggestthatourproposedmodelcaneffectivelymeasuretheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworksfromadynamicandfractalperspective.Inthenextstage,wewillapplythemodeltoareal-worldcasestudytovalidateitseffectivenessandidentifypotentiallimitationsandchallenges.Conclusion:Ourproposedmethodologyandmodelprovideanewperspectiveandtoolforevaluatingtheperformanceofintegratedsupplychainnetworks.Theentropyevaluationapproachcancapturethedynamicandfractalcharacteristicsofsupplychainnetworks,whiledissipativestru
