1Scope

ThisStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirements,inspectionmethodsandrulesforlayingof

highspeedturnoutsforslabtrack.

ThisStandardisapplicabletothelayingofturnoutsforslabtrackonthemainlineofhigh-speed

railwaysthatoperateatspeedsrangingfrom250km/hto350km/h.

3TechnicalRequirements

3.1Preparation

3.1.1

Beforelaying,thetype,specificationandquantityofturnoutcomponentslistedintheshippingorder

andthepackinglistshallbechecked,andtheappearanceandqualitycertificatesshallbeinspected.

3.1.2

Thelayingofturnoutsshallbecarriedoutaftertheconstructionqualityofsubgrade,bridge

andtunnelintheturnoutareahasbeenacceptedandtheprecisesurveycontrolnetworkhasbeenset

upintheturnoutarea.

3.1.3

Beforelaying,thecontrolbenchmarksofthecenter,straighttrackanddivergingtrackof

turnoutsshallbesurveyedandsetout,andthelayingpositionofturnoutsshallbedeterminedaccordingto

thesurveyedcontrolbenchmarks.

3.2Hoisting,TransportationandStorage

3.2.1Hoisting

Thehalfsetofswitch,movablepointfrogcomponents,closurerailsandtrackpanelsshall

behoistedatthemarkedhoistingpointswithhoistingmachineriesandslings,withoutcausingany

plasticdeformation.Hoistingatasinglepointorunmarkedpoints,andpushingorpryingmanuallyare

notallowed.

Theconcreteturnoutsleepersshallbehandledbycrane.Whenhandlingseveralturnout

sleepersatthesametime,measuresshallbetakentopreventsleepersfromcollidingwitheachother.

3.2.2Transportation

Thehalfsetofswitch,movablepointfrogcomponents,closurerailsandtrackpanelsshall

betransportedinsuchawaynottocauseplasticdeformation.

Whenturnoutsleepersarestackedinmultiplelayersduringtransportationbyflattrucks

(wagons)orspecial-purposevehicles,eachlayerofsleepersshallbesupportedfirmlybywooden

blocks.Fortheturnoutsleeperswithironbaseplates,theheightofblocksbetweenlayersshallbe

higherthanthatoftheironbaseplates.

Turnoutsshouldbetransportedintegrallyinsegments(withturnoutsleepers).

Theswitchingequipmentshallbepackedandtransportedinspecialpackingcases.

Allthepartsandcomponentsofturnoutsshallbeprotectedagainstrain.

3.2.3Storage

Thegroundforstackingthehalfsetofswitch,movablepointfrogcomponents,closure

railsandtrackpanelsshallbeflat.Theturnoutrailsshallbestoredingroupsandtemporaryfixing

devicesshallberetained.

Thestackingofthehalfsetofswitch,movablepointfrogcomponents,closurerailsand

trackpanelsshouldnotexceed4layers.Woodenblocksshallbeplacedbetweenlayersfirmlyand

alignedvertically.

Theshortsleepersshallbestackedoverlongsleepers.Eachlayerofturnoutsleepersshall

beseparatedbytwovertical-alignedwoodenblocks,andthestackingshallnotexceed5layers.

Allthepartsandcomponentsofturnoutsshallbeprotectedagainstrain.

3.2.4

Duringtransportation,handlingandstackingofturnoutsleepers,theboltholesshallbe

coveredtopreventdirtandsundriesfromentering.

3.3Measurement

3.3.1

Thetrackcontrolnetwork(CPⅢ)shallbeusedasthebasisformeasuringthecontrol

benchmarksintheturnoutarea,andpilelocationsetting-outshallbecarriedoutforturnouts.The

surveyofcontrolbenchmarksshallcomplywithTB10601.

3.3.2

Thecontrolbenchmarksshallbearrangedatthefrontend,centerandrearendofturnoutson

bothsidesofthestraighttrackanddivergingtrack,aswellaswithin100minthestraighttrackof

turnouts.Theyshouldbelocated3m-4mawayfromthetrackcenterline,andshallbesurveyed

directlyaccordingtothecoordinates.

3.3.3

Beforelaying,thecoordinatesandelevationofcontrolbenchmarksandadditionalbenchmarks

ofturnoutsshallbere-surveyed.

3.3.4

Theturnoutcontrolbenchmarksshouldbesurveyedsimultaneouslywiththestationtrack,

anddeviationadjustmentreferencesshallbeturnoutcontrolbenchmarks.

3.4In-situLayingofTurnoutsforSleeper-embeddedSlabTrack

3.4.1

Theconstructionqualityofsubgradesupportinglayerandconcretebaseintheturnoutarea

shallcomplywiththerelevantrequirements.

3.4.2

Theinstallationoftheassemblyandadjustingplatformshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

a)Theassemblyandadjustingplatformshallbeinstalledaccordingtothesurveyedcontrol

benchmarksandthedesignelevation;

b)Aftertheassemblyandadjustingplatformisinstalledinplace,allsupportinglegsshallbe

supportedfirmly.

3.4.3

Theassemblyofturnoutsleepers,fasteners,railsandcouplingpartsshallcomplywiththe

followingrequirements:

a)Theconcreteturnoutsleepersshallbeperpendiculartorailsandplacedintheorderofserial

numbers,andthepositiondeviationshallnotbegreaterthan5mm.Operationshallnotbe

conductedbyinsertingacrowbarintotheembeddedsleeveoftheturnoutsleeper.

b)Theplatesshallbeinstalledonthecorrespondingturnoutsleepersaccordingtothesleepers

number,duringinstallation,thepositionanddirectionoftheturnoutsleeperremainunchanged.

c)Theplatesboltsshallbecoatedwithdedicatedprotectivegreasebeforeinstallation.

d)Afterrailsareplaced,theposition,longitudinallevelandalignmentofthestraightstockrail

shallbeadjustedfirst,andthentheothergeometricparametersoftheturnoutshallbe

adjusted.

e)Contactgapadjustmentshallbecarriedoutafterthelongitudinallevel,alignment,gauge

andcrosslevelareadjusteduptothestandard.

3.4.4

Theinstallationofturnoutrollersforthepassengerdedicatedlineshallmeetthefollowing

requirements:

a)Undertheclosedcondition,thegapfromtheinnerrollerofdoublerollersorthesingleroller

totheswitchrailbaseshallbe1mm-2mm;

b)Undertheopencondition,thegapbetweenthetopsurfaceoftheslidechairandtheswitch

railbaseshallbe1mm-3mm;

c)Duringswitching,rollersshallbeincontactwiththeswitchrailbase.

3.4.5

Verticalandlateralsupportingandadjustmentsystemsshallbeinstalledaftertheturnoutsare

assembled,andtheassemblyandadjustingplatformshallberemovedaftertheturnoutsaresupported

firmly.

3.4.6

TheinstallationandadjustmentofswitchingequipmentshallcomplywithSection3.7.

3.4.7

Concretepouringandcuringofthetrackslabshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

a)Concretepouringofthetrackslabshallbecarriedoutafterthefineadjustmentofturnoutsis

completedandtheturnoutconditionmeetstherequirementsofitem1toitem54inTable1.
