案要兼顾全面,突出重点。以施工图、施工标准、质量标准、操作规程作为组织施工的指导文件。(3)Organizeandarrangelaborforceandtechnicalpower,andestablishorganizationforconstructiontechnologyandmachinerymanaging,accordingtoworkamountofsub-project.根据分项工程的工程量,组织、安排劳动力和技术力量,建立施工技术,机械管理机构。1.3.2EngineeringSurveyControl.2工程测量控制1.Surveyingandlining测量放线Beforeroadconstruction,itisnecessarytore-checkroadaxisandelevation,andconductstakingoutinsurveyafterthereisnoerrorintherecheck.道路施工前,必须进行道路轴线以及高程的复核,复核无误前方可进行测量放样。Therecheckingmethodisadoptingtotalstationinstrumenttoconducttraverseclosureaccordingtothecoordinatepointsofferedbytheproprietor,withthehorizontalcoordinatecontrolcomplyingwithprecisionrequirementsofsecond-ordertraverseandelevationcontroldeviationcomplyingwithprecisionrequirementsofthird-orderlevel,whicharecontrollingpointsinconstructionmeasuring.复核方法为采用全站仪根据业主给出的坐标点进行导线闭合,平面坐标控制符合二等导线精度要求,高程控制误差符合三等水准精度要求,作为施工测量控制点。Adoptlevelinstrumenttointroducethesitelevelelevationtotheexistingbuildings,whichisthebasisofmeasuringchannelelevation.Theelevationcontrollinglineshouldbeintroducedtotheseveralexistingbuildingsfromonepointtothesurroundingaccordingtoconstructiondemands.Testeachelevationline.采用水准仪将现场水准点标高引测至现有的构筑物上,作为沟道标高测量的依据。标高控制线应根据施工需要从一点向四周引测至现有建构筑物多处,对于各条标高线,应予校测。2.Axistestingandlaying:轴线测设:Intheaxistestingandlayinginthisproject,totalstationinstrumentortheodoliteareadopted,tryingtoreduceintroducedcontrollingpointstoreducedeviations.本工程轴线的测设采用全站仪或是经纬仪,尽量减少引出控制点,从而减少误差累加。Accordingtothecontrolgridofplantplanconstruction,conductlocationandlining,andpreparecontrollingpilesofallmainaxiseswhicharethestandardoflocationinspectionandembeddedpartsadjustmentinroadconstruction.根据厂区平面施工控制方格网进行定位放线,做好各主轴线的控制桩,作为道路施工中定位检查及预埋件调整的基准。3.Technologyqualityrequirements:工艺质量要求:Theplancontrollingpileshouldcomplywithprecisionrequirementsofsecond-ordertraverse;andtheelevationcontrollingpileshouldcomplywithprecisionrequirementsofthird-orderlevel.平面控制桩应符合二级导线精度要求;高程控制桩应符合三等水准精度要求。Themeasuringinstrumentstobeusedshouldpassthroughannualinspectionandbeinaperfectusingstatus;professionalpersonnelinmeasuringshouldchooseproperwhetherconditiontomeasure,whichcanensureagodintervisibilityforallpilepositions,avoidinginfluencesfromconstructionmachinesandpersonnel;regularlyrecheckallmeasuringpointseverymonthtoensureaccuracy.所用测量仪器须经过年检,处于完好使用状态;测量由专业人员,选择适宜天气条件进行,所有桩位应通视良好,避开施工机械和人员的扰动影响;所有测点应每月定期进行复核,保证准确性。1.3.3ConstructionMethods.3施工方法1.Maintechnicalrequirementsinroaddesign道路设计主要技术要求(1)Setlongitudinalseamandpullrodswhentheroadwidthexceeds4500mm,andФ14twistedsteelareadoptedinpullrodinthelongitudinalseam,withthespacingnomorethan1000mm,andthedistancebetweentheoutermostpullandtheseamorfreeedgenomorethan350mm.道路宽度大于4500mm时,设置纵向缝,并且设置拉杆,纵缝拉杆采用Ф14螺纹钢筋,间距不大于1000mm,最外拉杆距接缝或自由边不大于350mm.。(2)Filltheexpansionseamwithmixturematerialofpitchandrubber,andconductconstructionaccordingto20mmwidth.Ф25roundsteelbarsareusedindowelsteelintheexpansionseam,andthecoverendshouldbeinstaggeredarrangement,withthespacingbeing300mm,andthedistancetotheseamorfreeedgenolessthan150mm.胀缝均采用油膏混合料填缝,按照20mm宽施工。胀缝传力杆采用Ф25圆钢筋,套子端应在相邻板中交错布置,间距300mm,距接缝或自由边不小于150mm.(3)Thecompactionparameterofgutterbasesis≥0.93;andthecompactionparameterofwarehouseterraceis≥0.94.路槽基底压实系数≥0.93;仓库地坪基底压实系数≥0.94。(4)Roadlinesshouldbepressedonroadsurface.路面须压路纹。2.Roadconstruction道路施工(1)Foundationtrenchexcavation基坑开挖①Conductstakingoutinsurveyaccordingtorequirementsindesigndrawings,andexcavate600mmawayfromtheborder-linemarkingasrequiredindesigndrawings.①根据设计图纸要求进行测量放样,开挖边线按照设计图纸要求按路面边线外600mm。②Duringsiteexcavation,constructionworkersshouldconductwhole-precesscontrolaccordingtotheexcavatingborder-line.②现场开挖时,施工员应根据开挖边线进行全程控制。③Reserve50mm-100mmwhenexcavating,andlaminatewithroadroller(fornolessthan6times)toavoidover-excavatingwhichwillinfluencesthefoundationtrenchbases.③开挖时预留50mm~100mm,压路机碾压〔碾压遍数不少6遍〕,以免出现超挖现象,影响基槽地基。④Nextprocedurecannotbeconstructeduntilthefoundationtrenchisacceptedbysupervisorsandrelevantunits.④基槽必须经监理及相关单位验收合格前方可进行下一道工序施工。⑤Transportalltheexcavatedearthtotheassignedspoilground.⑤开挖土方全部外运至指定弃土场。(2)Roadconstructionmethodsandsteps道路施工方法、步骤①Constructionoftrench-connectingstoneofroadbase①路基连槽石施工a.Accordingtodesigndrawings,opentheseamsonroads,separatingthemwithwoodblockorfoamplateontheopenedseamandmarkingwithapparentmarks(seamopeningrequirements:setalongitudinalseamevery4.5meterswidth;andacrosswisestretchingseamaccordingtothe4.5m;setaseamevery100m-300maccordingasrequiredinspecifications).根据设计图纸要求,进行道路分缝,在分缝处采用木板或是泡沫板隔离,并且做出明显的标记〔分缝要求:6m宽设置一道纵向缝;横向缩缝按照6m设置一道;按照标准要求每100m~300m设置一道〕。b.Choose20theavytypedlaminatingforroadroller,andstartvibratingandlaminatingatthesametimeduringlaminating.b、压路机选用20t重型碾压,碾压过程中,翻开振动同时启动碾压。c.Choose50-120mmdiameterrubbles,anduseexcavatorforpavementaftertherubblesaretransportedtothesite.Peoplecooperatefortrimming,withthepredictedheightofrubblefillingelevationbeing30-50mm,whichavoidssettlingelevationbeingexcessivelylongandnotmeetingthedesignelevationafterroadrollerlaminating.c、块石选用粒径为50~120mm块石,块石运至现场后,使用挖机摊铺,人工配合修整,块石填筑标高预高30~50mm,以免压路机碾压后,沉降标高过大,而不满足设计标高。②Gradedgravelconstruction②级配碎石施工a.Thegradedgravelisin200mmthickness.级配碎石为200mm厚。b.Thelargestdiameterofthegradedgravelshouldnotexceedthatrequiredintechnicalspecifications,withgradedgravelcompositionandplasticityindexmeetingtheregulationsintechnicalspecificationsrequirements.b、级配碎石最大粒径应不大于技术标准要求,级配碎石颗粒组成和塑性指数应满足技术标准要求的规定。c.Beforeformalconstruction,selecttestingsectionforgravellaminating,testinggradingcompositionofmixture,bestwatercontent,uniformity,degreeofcompactionandbearingratioofthegravelbedding,togainthemixturebestcompactionparameter,compactiontimes,compactionproceduresandconstructiontechnologies.c、正式施工前,选取碎石碾压试验段,测定混合料的级配组成、碎石垫层的最正确含水量、均匀性、压实度、承载比,使混合料到达最正确的压实系数、压实遍数、压实程序和施工工艺。d.Excavatorsareusedforpavementingradedgravel,withthepredictedheightofpavementelevationbeing30mm,whichavoidssettlingelevationbeingexcessivelylongandnotmeetingthedesignelevationafterroadrollerlaminating.d、级配碎石采用挖机摊铺,摊铺标高预高30mm,以免压路机碾压后,沉降标高过大,而不满足设计标高。e.Adopt20troadrollerforlamination(inrotationtype)inlaminating,withcompactiontimesnotlessthan2times.e、碾压采用20t压路机碾压〔振动型〕,压实次数不少于2遍。f.Conservationbywaterpouringfor3days12hoursafterconstructioncompletion.f、施工完成12小时以后,淋水养护3天。(3)Installationofpavementformwork③路面模板安装:a.Theplateisshoredbyusing[22channelsteel,reinforcementsareweldedatintervalsof1,500mmalongthechannelsteeltobeconnectedwithaflangeforreinforcing.(Seeinginthefigureasbelow).a、模板选用[22槽钢支护,沿着槽钢每隔1500mm焊一道钢筋连接翼缘,以便加固使用〔见以下图〕。[22channelsteel[22[22channelsteel[22槽钢SteelbarofΦ20b.Passlinehangingoperationisperformedaccordingtothesidelineofthepavement,andbackofthechannelsteelisleveledandstraightalongapassline.b、按照路面边线进行通线,槽钢反面沿着通线持平顺直。c.Thechannelsteelisreinforcedontheoutersideoftheroadsideinaformofpilingagroundanchor,andawoodbeamorasteelpipeisusedasthegroundanchor,shownasbelow:[22channelsteel[22[22channelsteel[22槽钢Supportofwoodbeam木方支撑GroundanchorSupportofwoodbeam木方支撑Groundanchor地锚d.Thelongitidinalsplicingofthechannelsteelisshownasthefighre:d、槽钢纵向拼接见以下图:Triangularwoodtippassesthroughsteelbarsontwosidesatsplicingseamandisfilledfirmlytobeusedasastopper三角形木尖穿拼缝处两侧钢筋、塞固为止塞10#ironwireisstrappedfirmly[22channelsteel[22Triangularwoodtippassesthroughsteelbarsontwosidesatsplicingseamandisfilledfirmlytobeusedasastopper三角形木尖穿拼缝处两侧钢筋、塞固为止塞10#ironwireisstrappedfirmly[22channelsteel[22槽钢Treatmentofsplicingseamofchannelsteel槽钢拼缝处处理e.Afterthemountedplateisreinforcedtemporarily,thestraightnessofthesidelineintheplateischeckedbyusingatheodolite.e、模板安装临时加固完成后,采用经纬仪检查模板内边线是否顺直。(4)Embeddingofpullrodanddrawbar④传力杆、拉杆预埋:a.Arrangementofadowelbaratanexpansionseam:ahardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30andthedowelbarofФ28(whichiswrappedbyusingaplasticfilm)attheexpansionseaminthecompletionsectionofcasting,andtheembeddingintervalbetweenthehardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveandthedowelbaris300mm.Seeingthefigureasbelow.a、胀缝处传力杆的设置:在先浇筑完成段的伸缩缝处预埋间距300mm、Ф30硬聚氯乙烯管套筒及Ф28传力杆〔传力杆用塑料薄膜包裹〕。见以下图。Flexibleseamfillingslab软质填缝板Note:Histhethicknessofpavementslab注:H为路面板厚HardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30DowelbarofФFlexibleseamfillingslab软质填缝板Note:Histhethicknessofpavementslab注:H为路面板厚HardpolyvinylchloridepipesleeveofФ30DowelbarofФ25attheexpansionseamMixtureofasphaltandrubber油膏混合料Asphaltandoilcoatedpolyvinylchloridefilmwhichis270mminlengthBulksampleofExpansionseam胀缝大样b、聚氯乙烯管套筒加固采用钢筋直接锚固于稳定层,焊接牢固。c.Themountingofalongitudinalseampullrod:thepullrodisarrangedinaФ14@1000formandisanchoredonthestablelayerdirectlybyusingthereinforcementsandisweldedfirmly.c、纵缝拉杆安装:按Ф14@1000设置,拉杆加固采用钢筋直接锚固于稳定层,焊接牢固。(5)Concreteconstruction:⑤砼施工:a.C30concreteisusedforpavementa、路面砼采用C30混凝土。b.Thetrialblendingofthepavementconcreteisperformedstrictlyaccordingtothedesignrequirement.b、严格按照设计要求进行路面砼进行试配。c.Beforecasting,thefinalfinishedsurfaceiscalculatedaccordingtotheslopesettlingrequirementofthedesignedpavement,theelevationoftheconcretepavementismeasuredatarchcamberinthemiddleofthesideform,andcontrolpointsaresetatintervalsof3m;duringthecastingofthepavementwhichis9,000mminwidth,alongitudinalseamisformedinthemiddleofthepavement,andalongitudinalseamplatemustbemountedstrictlyaccordingtotheslopesettlingrequirementofthepavementinthedesigneddrawing.c、浇筑前,应根据设计路面放坡要求计算出最终完成面,然后在边模、中间起拱处测量出砼路面标高,并且每隔3m一个控制点;如浇筑9000mm宽路面时,在路中设置一道纵缝,纵缝模板安装时必须严格按照设计图纸路面放坡要求进行安装。d.Duringtheconcretecastingofthepavement,dischargingpavingisperformedalongthecastingdirection,andaflatplatevibratorandavibrationrodshouldbetrackedinplacetoensurethattherodandthematerialsaresynchronous,sothatthephenomenaofbubblesandslurryingoccur;andthepavementiscompactedinitiallyandgroundalongthetopoftheplatebyusing8#channelsteelwhichis5,000mminlength,arolleroraluminumalloybars,thegrindingelevationofthepavementshouldbe5to8mmhigherthanthepresetheighttoensurethatthepavementconcretewhichissubjectedtowaterclosingandpresspolishmeetstherequirementofdesignelevation.d、路面砼浇筑时,沿着浇筑顺序方向进行卸料摊铺,平板振动器及振动棒跟踪到位,保证料到棒到,以出现气泡及起浆为主;采用5000mm长8#槽钢、滚筒或是铝合金条沿着模板顶初压实、磨平,路面磨平标高应预高5~8mm,以保证路面砼闭水、压光后满足设计标高要求。e.Thepresspolishoftheconcretepavementshouldbedividedintothreeprocesses,namelyinitialgrindingaftercasting,secondarypresspolishwithin3hoursaftercastingcompletionandthefinalpresspolishbeforefinalsetting(timeiscontrolledbytouchtrialoffingers);duringthesecondarypresspolish,grindingisperformedbyusingapolishingmachine,thedeformationandunevennessofabrasivediscsofthepolishingmachineshouldbeavoided,thegrindingisperformedfromoneendatwhichtheconcreteiscasttotheotherend,theintersectionlengthsoftheabrasivediscseverytwotimesarenotlessthan20cm,andgrindingmisspositionsdonotoccur.Thepolishingisperformedbytwooperators,onepersonisresponsibleforholdingthemachinetoensurethestabilityofthepolishingmachine,andtheotherpersonmovesapowercord.e、砼路面压光应分三道工艺,浇筑完成后第一道初磨平;浇筑完成后3小时第二道压光;第二道压光采用,磨光机进行磨平,磨光机磨片要求无变形且无凹凸现象,磨光时由先浇筑砼一端开始磨向另一端,每两次磨片相交不少于20cm,且无漏磨处。磨光时,由二个作业员同时进行,一人撑机,保证磨光机的稳定性,一人同时移动电源线。终凝前最后一道收光〔以手指触试控制时间〕。f.Gallingofpavementf、路面拉毛Thegallingofthepavementisplannedbyusingarollerorisconstructedbyusingaspecialcuttingmachine.路面拉毛拟采用滚筒拉毛,或者采用专用切割机进行施工。Duringthegallingoftheroller,analuminumalloybarorasteelpipe(whichcannotslide)ispositionedonthepavementinthetransversedirectionaccordingtothelengthoftherollertoavoidtheinfluenceonagallingeffectduetotheinclinationoftheroller,thegallingshouldbeperformedfromonesideofthepavementtotheothersidebeforethefinalsettingoftheconcreteandshouldbeformedatonetime,andiftherollerinclines,presspolishshouldbeperformedimmediately,andthen,thegallingisperformedagain,whereinspacebetweengallinglinesisabout2cm.采用滚筒施工拉毛时,根据滚筒的长度,在路面横向处安放一条铝合金条或钢管〔不能滑动〕,以免滚筒倾斜,影响拉毛效果,拉毛应在砼终凝前从道路一侧拉向另一侧,且一次成型,如有倾斜应立即进行压光后,重新拉毛,拉毛线间距约为2cm。Cuttingshouldbeperformedbyusingthespecialcuttingmachineafterthefinalsettingoftheconcrete,linesaresnappedonthepavementformeshdivisionaccordingtothetotalwidthofagroupofcuttingdiscs.Thewidthofagroupofcuttinglinesisabout35cm,thewidthofthepositionwithoutthecuttinglinesisabout65,andcuttingisperformedinastaggeredmodeaccordingtothehalfwidthofthepavement,showninthefigureasbelow,thedepthoftheseamisabout5mm.采用专用切割机切割时,应在砼终凝后进行,根据一组切割片的总宽度,在路面进行弹线分格。切割线一组宽度约为35cm,无切割线位置约为65cm,即按路面一半宽度错开切割,如以下图所示,缝深约5mm。Beforecutting,thedepthsofcutofthecuttingdiscsshouldbeadjusted,andthecuttingdirectionsofthecuttingdiscsshouldbeadjustedatanytimeduringcutting.Whenthecuttingisstopped,aknobswitchshouldbeturnedoff,thecuttingdiscsareliftedtotheconcretepavement,andrunningisstopped.开始切割前,应调整刀片的进刀深度,切割时应随时调整刀片切割方向。停止切割时,应先关闭旋钮开关、将刀片提至砼路面,停止运转。Duringcutting,thecuttingdiscsshouldbecooledbycoolingwater,andaftercuttingforpartitioningiscompleted,slurryintheseamshouldbewashedimmediatelybyusingpressurewater.切割时,保证刀片有冷却水对刀片进行降温处理,切割分段完成后应立即采用压力水对缝内的浆水进行冲洗干净。Schematicdiagramofcuttingseam切缝示意图Centerlineofpavement路中心线CuttingseamSchematicdiagramofcuttingseam切缝示意图Centerlineofpavement路中心线Cuttingseam切缝Widthofpavement路宽(6)Maintenanceofconcreteplate⑥混凝土板养护:Maintenancecanbeperformedwithin12hoursaftertheconstructionoftheconcreteplate,amaintenancemethodforwateringtheplasticfilmfor2to3timesaroundonedayandnightisadopted,andthemoisttimeiskeptforover7days.Themaintenanceoftheconcreteplateshouldbeguardedbyspecially-assignedpersons,andnoentryforstrangers;whenthestrengthoftheconcreteis40%(about4to7days),peoplecanpassthrough;aftertheconcreteispouredfor12days,andthestrengthis70%,trolleyandligh-dutytrafficvehiclescanpassthrough;andafterconcreteispouredfor28days,andthestrengthis100%,theconcreteplatecanbeusednormally.Aftermaintenanceexpires,thecoverageisremoved,sothattheplatedoesnotleavetraces.Theformworkshouldberemovedbycarpenters,cornersoftheconcreteisnotallowedtobedamaged,theintegrityoftheplateshouldbekeptasfaraspossible,andparticularlytheseamshouldberemovedbythespecially-assignedperson.混凝土板面施工完成后12小时内即可进行养护,采用塑料薄膜养护方法,上面浇水,一昼夜浇水2~3次,保持湿润时间不小于7天。在混凝土板养护期间,设专人进行监护,禁止通行;当混凝土到达40%强度时〔约4~7天〕允许人行;在混凝土浇灌12天、强度到达70%允许小车、轻型交通车通行;在混凝土浇灌28天、强度到达100%后正常使用。养护期满后将覆盖物去除,板面不留痕迹。拆模应由木工进行,不得损坏混凝土的边角,尽量保持模板的完整,特别是接缝位置,要由专人进行撤除。(7)Seamsawingandseamfillingofpavement⑦路面锯缝、填缝:a.Afterthepavementiscastfor48hours,theseamcanbesawn,thecontractionseamissawnina4,500mmformaccordingtothedesignrequirement,thewidthoftheseamis8mm,andtheseamisfilledbyusingamixtureofasphaltandrubber;thelongitudinalseamisreservedina4,500mmformduringthecastingoftheconcretepavement;theexpansionseamisreservedattheconstructionseamaccordingtotheactualon-siteconstructioncondition.a、路面浇筑砼48小时以后开始锯缝,按照设计要求,缩缝按4500mm锯一道,缝宽为8mm,采用沥青橡胶混合料填缝;纵缝在浇筑砼路面时按4500mm留一道;胀缝那么根据现场实际施工情况留置在施工缝处。b.Achalklineforsawingtheseamisejectedontheconventionalpavement,andoperatorsperformstraightseamsawingoperationaccordingtothechalkline.b、在现有路面上弹出锯缝的墨线,作业人员根据进行平直锯缝。c.Theseamisfilledbyusingthemixtureofasphaltandrubberatthepositionof40mmoftheexpansionseamsurfacecourse,andthepullrodisarrangedinthemiddle;c、胀缝面层40mm采用沥青橡胶混合料填缝,中间设置拉杆;(8)Constructionofkerb⑧路缘石施工:a.Measurementandloftingofkerbonroadsideareperformedstrictlyaccordingtotherequirementofthedesigndrawing;a、严格按照设计图纸要求先进行路侧石测量放样;b.C25precastroadteethareusedasthekerbs,andthespecificsizesare320×120×990mm;b、路缘石选用C25砼预制道牙,具体尺寸为320×120×990mm;c.Beforethekerbsarebuilt,passlinehangingoperationshouldbeperformedaccordingtothesidelineontheouterside,sothatthekerbsarebuiltaccordingtothepasslineontheouterside.C20finestoneconcretewhichis30mminthicknessispavedatthebottomofthekerbs.Thekerbsaresplicedandarrangedaccordingtoakerbmodule,andseamsamongthekerbsarefilledbyusingcementmortarof1:3afterthekerbsarebuilt.Afterthestrengthmeetstherequirement,soilcanbebackfilled.c、路缘石砌筑前应按照外侧边线进行通线,根据外边通线进行砌筑。路缘石底部铺30厚C20细石砼。路缘石按照路缘石模数拼排,砌筑完后采用1:3水泥砂浆填缝,间缝隙为2mm。待强度满足后,方可回填土。d.Thekerbmoldis320×120×495〔485〕mmatthepositionofasmallarcofcornering.d、在转弯小弧位位置,路缘石模数采用320×120×495〔485〕mm。3.Maintechnicalrequirementsofindoorterracedesignofwarehouses3、仓库室内地坪设计主要技术要求(1)Cultivatedsoilshouldberemovedtotheoriginalsoillayerandcompactedduringtheindoorbackfillingofthewarehouses,andthecoefficientofcompactionis0.94.〔1〕仓库室内回填如有耕土应先去除耕土至老土层并夯实,夯实系数0.94。(2)Aconstructionschemeoflightcompactionandmultipletimesisadoptedduringcompactiontoensurethecompactionquality.〔2〕夯实采用轻夯多遍施工方案,以保证夯实质量。4.Constructionofindoorterracesofwarehouses4、仓库室内地坪施工(1)Excavationoffoundationpits〔1〕基坑开挖Foundationpitsareexcavatedaccordingtotherequirementofthedesigndrawing,andcultivatedsoilisremovedtotheoriginalsoillayer.根据设计图纸要求进行基坑开挖,去除耕土至老土层。2)Theoriginalsoiliscompacted,andthecoefficientofcompactionis0.94.②老土夯实,夯实系数不小于0.94。3)Afterfoundationtrenchesmustpassacceptanceinspectionofsupervisorsandrelevantunits,theconstructionofthenextprocesscanbeperformed.③基槽必须经监理及相关单位验收合格前方可进行下一道工序施工。4〕Excavatedearthworkistransportedoutwardstotheassignedspoilground.④开挖土方全部外运至指定弃土场。(2)Constructionmethodandstepsforterraces〔2〕地坪施工方法、步骤1)Backfillingofplainsoil①素土回填a.Plainsoilmustbesubjectedtobackfillinginlayersandisgroundcompactlybyusingthe20troadroller,thelayeringthicknessis200to300mm,andthecompactioncoefficientisnotlessthan0.94.a、素土回填必须分层回填,并采用20t压路机碾压密实,分层厚度为200~300mm,压密系数不小于0.94。b.Thecontentoforganicmattersinthebackfillingsoildoesnotexceed5%,andthebackfillsoildoesnotcontainfrozensoil;andwhenbrokenstonesoccur,thegraindiametersarenotsuitabletobegreaterthan50mm.b、回填土料内的有机物含量不得超过5%,也不得含有冻土;当还有碎石时,其粒径不宜大于50mm。(2)Constructionoflime-flyashcrushedstonestablelayer②二灰碎石稳定层施工a.Thelime-flyashcrushedstonestablelayerisnotlessthan100mminthickness.a、二灰碎石稳定层不小于100mm厚。b.Thequalityofrawmaterialsiscontrolledstrictly,andthematerialswhichdonotmeetrequirementsarenotused.Thematerialsshouldbeselectedbasedontheprincipleofthecomparisonofqualitywitheconomy,namelystrivingtoeconomyonthepremiseofmeetingthequalityrequirement.b、严格控制原材料的质量,不使用不符合要求的材料。在选材上应做到质量经济比拟,在满足质量要求的前提下,力求经济。Lime:itshouldmeetrequirementsofvarioustechnicalindexesofthelimeofoverIIIlevel,thedissolvedlimeshouldbeadoptedandfedinbatches,sothattheconstructionspeedisnotinfluenced,excessivestorageisavoided,andthestackingtimeisshortenedasfaraspossible;andifthestoragetimeislong,thelimeshouldbecoveredforsealingtobekeptproperly.石灰:要符合Ⅲ级以上石灰各项技术指标的要求,采用消解后的石灰,石灰要分批进料,做到既不影响施工进度,又不过多存放,尽量缩短堆放时间;如存放时间稍长应予覆盖,并采取封存措施,妥善保管。Coalash:ithasthechronically-solidifiedeffectinlime-ashsoilconstructionundertheexcitationofthelime,sothatthelater-periodstrengthisenhanced.Therefore,thecoalashwhichisfine,largeinspecificsurfaceareaandsmallinignitionlossanddoesnotcontainagglomerates,humicsorotherimpuritiesshouldbeselected,whereinthetotalcontentofSiO2,AL2O3andFe2O3isnotlessthan70percent,theignitionlossdoesnotexceed10%,andthespecificsurfaceareaisgreaterthan2,500cm2/g(or90%ofcoalashpassesthrough0.3mmsieveholes,and70%ofcoalashpassesthrough0.075mmsieveholes).Themoisturecontentofthewetcoalashisnotsuitabletobegreaterthan35%,andthecoalashwhichiss
