人人都是设计师

精品文档-下载后可编辑人人都是设计师谈起德国现代家具设计，人们会立刻想到日耳曼民族独特的个性，德国设计师一直追求的是高度精确性与设计的无尚品质，无论在材料选择或是设计理念上。他们偏爱直线、直角的设计，无论是功能、美感、触感、人体工程学等等概念都拿捏的十分精准。这也造就了一张“德国制造”固有的国际名片，对于一些生性严谨的人而言，“德国设计”与他们的生活理念标准是再贴切不过的。

当然，此上说的是德国绝大部分所恪守的设计模式，近年来也出现了一些有别于以往的“德国设计”。这些设计通常充满想象力，使用的范围也超乎想象；设计师更愿意在这些设计里面添加一点“童真”的趣味，让使用者参与其中。除此之外，这些作品更强调在材料、造型与色彩上进行突破，理性的恪守再不是唯一的标准。德国设计师更愿意通过作品去表达自己对生活的理解与感悟，不再摒弃一切个人的情感表达，而是让作品充满情感，形成独特的艺术风格与不同以往的体验。

本期家具要介绍的德国设计SebastianHerkner、KaiLinke、SaschaAkkermann家居》=《现》，KaiLinke=Kai)

《现》：为什么会想到将植物与家具结合在一起？您是怎么想到这个点子的？

Kai：设计的构思是直接将木材培养成一件家具。每件家具都无雷同。如果工匠用木材和工具制作家具，需要很多个步骤才能成型；而在我的设计作品Roots(根)中，植物直接长成一张座椅。作为设计师，我能提供给植物的，仅仅是一些塑造形状的基本条件。

《现》：制作这些家具都使用了哪些原材料？

Kai：在这个方案中，我仅仅使用了植物和一些自然材料，譬如青草，水，水芹，竹子，泥土，风信子和垂柳。

《现》：在制作这些家具的时候，您遇到的最大困难是什么？您是如何解决的？

Kai：时机和环境条件。时间能告诉我们根源发生了什么，之后产生了什么结果；而其中的过程我们无法控制。但是，这些正是这个项目（较于其他项目）的最大变化和中选原因。你无法预测植物的生长方式。这个项目我启动于2022年，两年后有一株植物在冬季被冻死了。随后，我又重新开始种植。

《现》：您的作品并没有特意去彰显德国设计的一些特质，为什么会摒弃一些德国设计的传统风格呢？

Kai：您观察的很仔细！我的作品不是传统德国风格。但是，这并不妨碍我真正喜爱“传统的”德国实用主义设计风格。对于我来说，创意就是拥有发掘新事物的头脑。我更喜欢做实验，验证那些创意的可行性。通过正确的形式，恰当的途径，进行激动人心的探索，就是创造力的体现。

《现》：您会在今后继续做类似这样的设计吗？

Kai：当然会！我是设计师，这是我的职责所在！

《现》：能和我们谈谈您最欣赏哪位家具设计师吗？为什么？

Kai：我非常喜欢法国Bouroullec兄弟的作品。我觉得他们的作品现代，简单，自然和充满诗意。

Kai：Theideawastogrowthematerialwooddirectinafurnitureform.Everyfurniturewillbeunique.Ifyounormallybuildastooloutofwood,youneedalotofstepstobringthematerialintothefinalshape.Inmyproject“Roots”thematerialwoodcreatetheobjectforexampleachairbyitself.Measadesignerjustgivetheplantthebasicconditionincaseoftheform.

M:Canyoutelluswhatkindofmaterialyouhaveusedintheprocess?

Kai：Iusedonlyplants-naturalmaterialforthisproject,likegrass,water,cress,bamboo,earth,hyacinthandwillow.

M:Whatisyourbiggestdifficultyintheprocess?Howtodealwiththem?

Kai：The“Time”andthe“environmentalconditions”.Youhavetowaitandseewhathappenwiththerootsandwhatwillbetheresult.Youdonothavetheprocessinyourownhands.Butthisisatthesametimeoneofthebiggestchangeandoptionofthisproject.Youneverknowhowtheplantsgrow.Istartedtheprojectinbeginof2022.After2yearsabigplantfreezetodeathinthewinter.ThenIstartedagain.

M:WecannotseedistinctivetraditionalGermanstyleinyourwork.why?

Kai：That’sright!Forsuremydesignsarenottypicalgermanproducts.Butitdoesn’tmatter.Ireallylikethe“traditional”functionalgermandesignstyle.Formetobecreativeisbeinganexplorativemind.Iliketomakeexperimentsandtotestoutmyideastofigureoutiftheyreallywork.Tobecreativeislikeafascinatingsearchforgoodsolutionsintherightform.

Atthemomentmycreativewaismoreexperimentalandconceptualastheclassicgermandesignstyle.

M:Willyoucontinueyourpresentdesignseries?

Kai:Yes.Ofcourse.Iamadesigner.Ihavetodoit!

M:Whatisyourfavoritefurnituredesigner?Why?

S&F：lastsummerwedesignedamodernnomadestipi,youcanseeitinourblog.whenyouputlightinthetipiandlookonitfromfarawayitlookslikeabiglampshade.SOwewereinspiredbyourselfsdesign.

M:Whatkindofemotiondoyouintendtoexpresswhendesigningsofa?

S&F：Asofaissomethingtosit,tosleep,torelaxandfeelwell.therealhomeinyourappartmentorhousehavetobeyourbedwhenyouaresleepingandyoursofawhenyouareawake.

M:Youhaveemployeddifferentcolorstomatchintheexhibitionhall,also,preparedspacesoftwostyles.Whatkindofconceptdoyouwanttodeliverthroughthem?

S&F:Wewantedtoprovokedifferentfeelingsandemotionsyoufeelwhenyouseedifferentstyles.manymagazinesandotherdesignerssayedthatitwasnotconfused-directiontypicalstyle.but,itwasexactlyourstyle,butnotourcolourharmonys.soyoucanimaginehowmightythemeaningofcoloursare.

M:Howdoyoufeelaboutalltheworksonthisexhibition?Perfectenough,orstillhavesomepities?

S&F:Wereachedwhatwewantedto.toseewhatcolourscanmake.becausewetookcolourswicharenotourfavoritesitwashardtofindourowninstallationnice.somepitieswerethatwehadnotenoughtimetoputthepatternontheroof:-)

M:Istheresomethingimpressedyouquitemuchintheexhibition?

S&F:Becausewemadethewholeinstallationatourself(floflorian/saschaakkermann)wewereimpressedbythebigammountofwork.

M:Whenyoutwoworktogether,whatisyourcommonworkassignmentprinciple?Whoplaystheleadingrole?

S&F:Wehavenofixedrole.theleadingroleisalwaysplayedbythebestidea.ourdifferentpersonalitiesareimportanttohaveabiggeroverviewaboutthepeoplesthinking.oftenweaskalotofpeopleoftheiropiniontoanitembeforwegointotheworldwithit.

M:Ifdivisionshappenedinwork,whatdoyoudotosolvethem?

S&F:Wechangethepointofview,changeitagain,waitatimeandchangeagain.thenthesolutionwillcomeonitsself.whenthesolutionwillnotcomeititsmaybeabadidea,anditisagoodthingtoseethebadideasfast.
