®项目编号:RGKJ项目编号:技术改进项目书项目名称:工件随温度变化实验项目负责人: 立项时间: 2015年3月10日大连瑞谷科技有限公司项目名称 工件随温度变化实验项目来源(现状、存在的主要问题)由于环境温差大,造成工件尺寸变化过大,为此我和王超用了十几天时间测量十组产品,对其不同时间段,不同环境温度,工件温度,对应工件尺寸进行了测量,并统计得出结论实验内容由3月12日开始,每天去车间两趟测量,固定3到5个打废工件作为实验工件,工件的温度测量用红外线检测仪测量,环境温度用车间固定的温度计为标准,测量工件取固定测量位置,由此得出温度工件尺寸随温度变化统计表。工件尺寸随温度变化统计表,内容见副本一(工件尺寸随温度变化统计表)为了更直观的分析测量结果,制作出折线图,内容见副本2(工件随温度变化尺寸折线图)
