以书面形式或电话通知供方具体检验项目及检验时间；11③检验结束后，取回有关证书，转交船长，并根据有关检验报告缮制交船证书；④船长与代理人代表船东和租船人共同签署交船证书、签妥后，交船长二份，传真、委托方一份，留底一份。⑤待收到船长交船后，应提醒船长及时向外代发交船电。
