Content01WhatisInversion1.定义:为了强调、突出等词语的目的而颠倒原有语序的句式叫做倒装句。在倒

装句中,颠倒了的成分可以恢复原位而句意基本不变,句法成分不变。

一般来讲,英语句子的自然顺序是主语在前,谓语在后。如果把谓语放

在主语之前,就叫倒装。2.类型:⑴全部倒装(CompleteInversion):

全部谓语放在主语前⑵部分倒装(PartialInversion):

把助动词或情态动词放在主语前3.原因:(1)是语法结构需要(2)是为了强调的需要02relatedconcept

全部倒装:全部谓语放在主语之前情况1:here,there,up,down,in,out,away,off,now,then,ahead等副词置于句首时“Here,There,Now,Then+谓语动词(come,be,go,lie,run)+主语"结构Herecomestheoldlady!

部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况1:当否定词或者带有否定意义的词或短语位于句首时这类词或短语主要有:never,neither,nor,little,few,bynomeans,seldom(很少,不常),rarely(很少,罕有),hardly,scarcely(几乎不,简直没有),barely,

nosooner(一旦…立即),notonly,notuntil,innocase,innoway(决不),invain(徒劳,白干,不成功),atnotime(决不),not,no,atnotime,onnocondition,undernocircumstances等NotaworddidIsaytohim.

eg.Onlyhecandothiswork.二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况3:So/Such…that…结构中,当so/such位于句首时Hewassonicethathereceivedalotofcards.Hewassuchaniceguythathereceivedalotofcards.Sonicewashethathereceivedalotofcards.Suchaniceguywashethathereceivedalotofcards.SoconcernedwerescientistsinLouisianathattheydecidedtopayhunters$5atail.Soloudlydidhespeakthatevenpeopleinthenextroomcouldhearhim.Insuchahurrydidheleavethatheforgettolockthedoor.二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况4:as、though引导让步状语从句时的特殊倒装①名词倒装(若变化前名词前面有冠词,不要冠词)(将可数名词单数提到as前面,并删去冠词)Eg.Thoughhissonisachild,heisabletostandonhisownfeet.Eg.Childthough/ashissonis,heisabletostandonhisownfeet.②形容词倒装(将形容词提到as前面)Eg.Thoughthestormwasterrible,wecontinuedourway.Eg.Terriblethough/asthestormwas,wecontinuedourway.③副词倒装(将副词提到as前面)Eg.Thoughtheboytriedhard,hecouldnotmakehermindchanged.Eg.Hardthough/astheboytried,hecouldnotmakehermindchanged.二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况4:as、though引导让步状语从句时的特殊倒装④过去分词、现在分词倒装(将分词及其后面的东西提到as前面)Eg.Thoughheisdoinghishomework,hecannothelpwanttoplaycomputergames.Eg.Doinghishomeworkthough/asheis,hecannothelpwanttoplaycomputergames.⑤动词原形倒装,若谓语中不含动词原型,则借助助动词do、did帮忙(将动词原形词提到as前面)Eg.Thoughtheboymighttry,hecouldnotsolvetheproblem.Eg.Trythough/astheboymight,hecouldnotsolvetheproblem.Eg.Thoughtheboyfinishedhishomework,hecouldnotgoouttoplay.Eg.Finishthough/astheboydidhishomework,hecouldnotgoouttoplay.二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况5:在if引导的虚拟条件句中,若从句中有were/should/had,常省略if,将were/should/had提到句首,构成部分倒装

IfMarkhadinvitedme,Iwouldhavebeengladtocome.HadMarkinvitedme,Iwouldhavebeengladtocome.IfIwereyou,Ishouldworkhard.WereIyou,Ishouldworkhard.Ifitshouldrain,thecropswouldbesaved.Shoulditrain,thecropswouldbesaved.在whether引导的虚拟让步状语从句中,若省略whether,句子需部分倒装。eg.Bewerichorpoor,weshouldhaveourowndignity.二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况6:so(肯定句)nor(否定句)neither(否定句)置于句首时①so+be/助动词/情态动词+主语

Oftenhavewemadethattest.Manyatimehasshehelpedmetolookaftermybaby.(她不止一次帮我照顾孩子)OftenhastheteacheraskedustoreadEnglishloudlyinthemorning.(早上老师经常让我们大声朗读英语)Longdidhewaitbeforehereceivedthecompany'sreply.(他等了很长时间才收到公司的回复)二、部分倒装部分倒装:将谓语动词的一部分(助动词/系动词/情态动词)置于主语前情况8:用于某些表示祝愿的句子里Mayyousucceed!LonglivethePeople’sRepublicofChina!Maythelightbewithyou!愿圣光与你同在Maythewindblessyou!愿微风祝福你。LongliveChina!二、部分倒装巧记倒装句NB前倒后不倒,O,NU主倒从不倒,2N前倒后也倒,NM前后均不倒。①NB代表Notonly…,butalso…引导的并列句。notonly位于句首时,所引导的前面的分句倒装,后面的分句不倒装。故此称为“前倒后不倒”。如:Notonlywaseverythingthathehadtakenawayfromhim,butalsohisGermancitizenship国籍;公民身份②O代表only+状语从句;NU代表Notuntil+状语从句。1)OnlywhenhetoldmedidIknowit.2)NotuntilIbegantoworkdidIrealizehowmuchtimeIhadwasted.Nosooner…than…,Hardly/Scarcely…when…等句型也属此类用法。如:Nosooner(Hardly)hadwereachedhomethan(when)itbegantorain.三、总结归纳巧记倒装句NB前倒后不倒,O,NU主倒从不倒,2N前倒后也倒,NM前后均不倒。③2N代表Neither…nor…所引导的并列句。2N若位于两分句之首,则前后分句均倒装。即“前倒后也倒”。如:NeitherdoIknowhername,nordoeshe.④NM即Nomatter…引导的状语从句。此时前面从句及后面主句均不倒装。即“前后均不倒”。如:Nomatterhowbusyheis,healwayscomestohelpus.三、总结归纳03Howtosolveproblems注意开头单词,特殊结构判断何种倒装注意时态做题三部曲1.----Here____!Whereismydog?----There____.
