路基试验段土方填筑总结报告为全面展开路基土方填筑施工,我分部在K41+340~K41+440段进行了做土方填筑试验。试验段长100m,共进行填筑实验11层,其中土方实验7层,包括:93区3层(1-3层)、94区2层(4-5层)、96区2层(6-7层);土石混合料填筑4层,包括:93区2层(8-9层)、94区2层(10-11层)。在路基填方试验段施工方案指导下,我分部已成功完成了该试验段施工,并获得了宝贵的试验数据,为大面积的路基填筑施工提供了依据。一、进行所属试验段的目的(一)通过本试验段施工,摸索并总结出一套路基填筑施工最合理的施工组织和施工工艺,并总结出如何依据招标文件的技术及质量标准进行规范的程序管理方法和质量控制手段。
(二)通过本试验段施工,摸索并总结低洼农种区路基床的降排水、清表及填前碾压、回填及碾压、填筑适宜的松铺厚度、不同自然条件下最佳碾压机械设备组合、最合适的碾压遍数和碾压速度。
