4000m3X46000m3X8自2008年2月,XXXX船舶技术咨询有限公司与XXX化工装备有限公司合作,共同建造大型LNG液货罐,现已优质和顺利完成12台液货罐的制造任务.SinceFebruary2008,XXXXandXXXjointlybuildlargeLNGcargotanks,wehavesuccessfullycompleted12cargotanks.前言

Pressurizedto9.5bar水压试验Hydrostatictest加压至9.5ba保温InsulationWorkingprocedure1.Cleaning:Tanksurfaceshallbegrindedandpickled,ensurenoanylooseparticlesasrustanddust,water/moisture,grease,fatandoil.2.Priming:Apolyurethaneprimerwillbeappliedtothetanksurfacepriortoapplicationoffoamtoimprovebondingstrengthbetweenfoamandtanksurface.3.Sprayfirstlayer:Thefirstlayershallbesprayed2~3mm.Firstlayermustbecompletelycured(>1hour).Thenapply~50mmofPUfoam(density60kg/m3±10%)inminimum2layers.4.Crackbarrier:Aglassfibremeshwillbeappliedinbetweenfoamlayerstoactasacrackarrester/barriertoensurenothroughthicknesscracking.5.Spraysecondlayer:Typicalthicknessforeachlayeris25mm(±5mm).TheouterPUfoam(density40kg/m3±10%)shallbeappliedwithtotalthicknessof250mm8to12layers.Overallinsulationthicknessshallbe300mm.6.SurfaceProtection:Afterapplicationofthesprayfoam,apolyureacoatingwillbesprayedontothefoamsurfaceasahomogenouscontinuousprotectivelayer.Thiscoatingactsasbothvapourbarrierandasmechanicalprotection.Thecoatingisflexibleenoughtosustainthestructuralloadsinducedbythelargetemperaturevariationsapparentinacryogenicsystem.Thethicknesswillbe>3mm保温InsulationWorkingprocedur保温Insulation
