河北联合大学轻工学院PAGE1河北联合大学轻工学院COLLEGEOFLIGHTINDUSTRY,HEBEIUNITEDUNIVERSITY中英文翻译设计题目:烧结自动化系统设计—烧结配料自动控制系统设计学生姓名:学号:专业班级:09自动化3班学部:信息科学与技术部指导教师:2013年5月30日目录目录原文 1译文 53矿化学成分,通过计算,按配比、重量进行给料,以保证混合料和烧结矿化学成分稳定,并担负生石灰的加水和燃料的调整。混合、烧结、抽风、冷却混合、造球系统主要包括一次混合,混合料矿槽,二次混合等工作(如果使用热返矿,包括返矿打水),其任务是加水,湿润混合料,再经混合机将混合料混匀,造成小球,并对混合料进行预热。烧结系统包括铺料,点火,烧结等。抽风系统包括风箱,集尘管,除尘,抽风等。产品处理系统包括破碎,冷却、筛分、返矿处理和铺底料的分出,成品运输等。为了使烧结矿满足高炉冶炼的要求,必须根据原料条件,准确地计算出铁料、溶剂、燃料的配比,并根据配料比进行配料,使配合料的主要成分如铁、氧化钙、二氧化石硅、硫、固定碳等的含量合乎规定的技术标准。烧结厂使用的原料品种比较多,各种原料的化学成分相差也较大,即使是同一品种的原料,其化学成分也有波动。配料工序就是根据烧结矿的质量指标要求,进行计算配料,控制和稳定烧结矿的化学成分在允许的范围内波动。同时还可根据各种原料的粒度、熔点及烧结性能配入适量的燃料,保证烧结料含碳量适合于烧结生产的要求,并为有效地除去有害渣质和控制FeO的含量创造条件。自动配料控制过程是一个多输入、多数出,且各条配料输送生产线严格协调控制,对料位、流量及时准确地进行监测和调节。因此,系统由可编程控制器与电子皮带秤组成一个两极计算机控制系统。通过现场总线连接现场仪器仪表、控制计算机、PLC、变频器等智能程度较高、处理速度快的设备。在自动配料生产工艺过程中,将辅料与主料按一定比例配合,由皮带秤完成对皮带输送机输送的物料进行计量。PLC主要承担对输送设备、秤量系统的过程进行实时控制,并完成对系统故障检测、显示及报警,同时向变频器输出信号调节皮带机转速。WinCC是在生产和过程自动化中解决可视化和控制任务的工业技术中性系统。它提供了适用于工业的图形显示、消息、归档以及报表的功能模板。高性能的过程耦合、快速的画面更新、以及可靠的数据使其具有高度的实用性。本套系统考虑采用集散控制配料系统。综述了WinCC、PLC技术、变频调速技术的概况。在这个控制系统中,各仪表的数据可由计算机键盘操作实现对每台仪表的配比设定及启停动作,计算机主要承担管理工作,不直接控制配料,故计算机出现故障时可关掉计算机,此时仪表仍可独自配料,形成一个小小的闭环。画面监控可实现现场动态画面,显示设备运行状况,可以实施定值、配比、料种、4时间的设定,可以进行记录的查询,显示历史实时趋势曲线,并对故障、异常情况进行记录、保存、打印和查询,所以这套系统应能很好的满足现场工艺的要求。软件设计控制任务由S7-300可编程序控制器来完成,过程监视及远程操作由WinCC来完成。5河北联合大学轻工学院3译文Nowtheironandsteelindustrytherapiddevelopmentofsociety,foregroundisverygood,withtheblastfurnacetosinterqualityrequirementsincreasing,ingredientshasbecomeakeylinkinmodificationofsinteringtechnology.Aseveryoneknows,batchingsystemsinteringplantisthewholesinteringproductionsource,itundertakesthemixturesupplytaskforallofthesinteringmachine,ifyouencounterproblemsbatchingsystem,thenthewholesinteringproductioncouldbeforcedtostop,andthecalculationburdensystemshouldalsobeaccurate,manythinkofsinteringmaterial,changeofingredientswithdeliverychannel.Theproportionofchange,eachsingleingredientscanchangeatanytimeaccordingtotherequirementsofproduction,butalsointheproductionprocess,materialproportion,viscosity,particlesizeandenvironmentaltemperature,humiditychanges,willseriouslyaffecttheloweraccuracy,therefore,batchingsystemforimprovingthequalityofvitalsinter.Sincethelastcenturysincethe60'sofmetallurgicalautomationequipmentavailable,hasbeendevelopingveryrapidly.EspeciallytherearemanykindsofPLCandDCSinthe80'softhelastcentury,metallurgicalautomationequipmentreliabilityandreal-timeperformance,operabilityandmaintainabilityaregreatlyimproved.Thesoftwareisconvenientandfriendlyman-machineinterface,continuouslyimprovetheperformancepriceratio,theequipmentandtechnologyofmetallurgicalautomationhasbeenpopularizedandusefast."Fifteen"period,thedevelopmentofkeymetallurgicalproductionprocessautomation,intelligentprocessandmanagementofinformationtechnologyinourcountry,whichfocusonthepromotionanddevelopmentoftechnologyinsinteringprocessautomationsystem.Sinteringisthepowderymaterialintoacompactbody,isatraditionalprocess.Peoplearealreadyusingthistechnologytotheproductionofceramic,powdermetallurgy,refractories,hightemperaturematerialsetc..Ingeneral,thepowderafterforming,compactbodyobtainedbysinteringisapolycrystallinematerial,themicrostructureconsistsofcrystal,vitreousandhole.Sinteringprocessdirectlyaffectthemicroscopicstructureofthegrainsize,poresizeandshapeandthedistributionofgrainboundary.Propertiesofinorganicmaterialsnotonlywithmaterial(chemicalcompositionandmineralcomposition),italsohasacloserelationwiththematerial'smicrostructure.6Sinteringbatchingcontrolsystemnowiswidelyusedinautomaticcontrolinstrument,especially.Inthisrespectaccordingtothedemandofsinteringprocesscanbeallkindsofmineinaccordancewiththerequiredamountofautomaticinput,bythebelttothemixerfornextprocess.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofironandsteelsmeltingindustryinChinaisveryrapid,sinteristhemainrawmaterialforironmaking,andtheingredientsofthisprocessisanimportantlinkofinfluenceofsinteringquality,eachweighingequipmentonlyreachesacertainprecisiontoensurethequalityofmine.Thereforethesinteringbatchingcontrolsystemisessentialforthelarge-scaleironandsteelplant,butalsocangreatlyimprovetheproductionefficiency.Theprocessofsinteringproductiongenerallyinclude:rawmaterialacceptance,storageandflux,fuelpreparation,batching,mixing,ignitioncloth,sintering,hotorecrushing,hotminesievingandcooling,coldsinterscreeningandcoldorecrushing,bedding,storageandoutputoffinishedsinter,mineralstorageprocess.Themainpurposeofsinteringproductionisfortheblastfurnacetoprovideexcellentquality,highstrength,lesspowder,goodreducibilityandstablecompositionofsinter.
Commonlyusedathomeandabroadisoftentypedraughtsinteringmachine,inourlocalsmallironworksandquiteapartofgroundairfiringandboxdraughtsintering.Inaddition,thereistherotarykilnsinteringmethod,suspendedsinteringmethod.Accordingtotherelevantstatistics,atpresentourcountrysinteringmachine500sets,whichintheconstructionandproductionof180~660m2largesinteringmachine125Taiwan,sinteringmachineareahasreached40000squaremeters.Future,sinteringmachineinChinawillcontinuetoadvancetheprocesstechnologyandequipmentupgrading,SIMATICPCS7fullyintegratedprocesscontrolsystemprovidestheSiemens,canhelptheironandsteelenterprisesinupgradingthequalityofproductsatthesametimewillalsofurtherreducetheenergyconsumption,reducedpollutantdischarge.Thus,theautomaticcontrolsystemofsinteringburdeningisveryoptimisticabouttheprospects,thedemandforitwillbecomemoreandmorebig,willnotbereduced.Therapiddevelopmentofsinteringindustryisinrecentyears,newtechnologydevelopmentsintheperformanceofthe:(1)tofurtherimprovethesinteringprocess.(2)tofurtherimprovethesinteringequipment.(3)thenewtechnologyresearch.7Atpresent,China'ssteelproductionisstillthemajorityofobsoleteequipment,partofthemanualoperation,thedegreeofautomationisnothigh,inbatchingsystemduetoalowerdegreeofautomation,thetraditionalsinteringprocessmainlydependsontheexperienceofregulation,sotheexistingproblemsinthefollowingaspects:
