First,byprincipletheproductsaremanufacturedbythecustomer’stechnicalspec.Thenationalstandardisfollowedifcustomerdoesn’tclearlymentionit.Afterthecustomercommitstheproductsample,weformallyofferproducts,ensurethesteadyandgraduallyincreasingquality.

Second,thesupplierprovidesthecopyofbusinesslicensewithofficialsealstampedtothebuyer.

Third,thesupplierprovidesthecopyofthetechnicalspecoftheproductswithofficialsealstampedtothebuyer.

Fourth,thesupplierensuresthattheproductscomplywiththeofficialqualitystandardandisresponsibleforproductquality,ifnecessaryprovidethenecessaryqualityinformation,suchastheinspectionreportandotherrelevantinformation.

Sixth,thestorageandsafekeepingconditionisindicatedontheproductpackage,toensuretheproductqualitythebuyerhastostrictlyfollowit,orisresponsibleforthecausedqualityproblem.

Seventh,consumercomplainsduetotheproductqualityproblems,thesuppliershouldactivelycooperatetoproperlyresolveit.Ifitisindeedtheresponsibilityofsupplier,thesuppliershallbearfullresponsibilityandexpense.

Eighth,thetreatmentofthequalitydispute:

Thebuyershouldstrictlyobservethetechnicalstandardsshippedwiththesupplierproductsforinspection,ensurefairandsciencetesting.Theremainingsamplesfailtopasstheexaminationshouldbekeptforoneweek.

Ifitisindeedthequalityproblemofthesupplierproducts,ourcompanybearsthelosscausedbytheusingoftheproducts.

5.AsforthematerialswhicharedefectiveornotmeettherequirementsofQualityWarranty,XX

(a)AskCompanytorecallandreplacethematerialsandcompensateforthecosts

caused.

(b)ReducingtheaccountofthepaymentifFoxconnTechnologyGrouputilizesthe

materials.

(c)AskCompanytorefundthepaymentplusinterestsandbearpenaltyat%ofthe

paymentpermonth

(d)Cancelorterminatethepurchaseagreementsorordersforthematerials.

(e)TheCompanyshallberesponsibleforthedirectandindirectlossescausedbythematerials
