本文件规定了压力容器波纹金属软管定期检查的的基本方法和技术要求。本文件适用于连接移动式压力容器和固定式压力容器的,用于充装或卸载介质为气体、液化气体、冷冻液化气体或液体的波纹金属软管的定期检查,其它材料装卸软管可以参照本文件执行。2

术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1波纹管母线呈波纹状的管状壳体。3.2网套波纹管外表面的金属编织物,分为钢丝网套、钢带网套和丝带网套。3.3接头法兰型或接管型。3.4波纹金属软管波纹金属软管是波纹管、网套和接头的组合或者波纹管和接头的组合。3.5压力容器波纹金属软管DB43/T

检查机构及相关人员4.1 检查机构金属软管的耐压试验设备和试验时存放波纹金属软管的防爆槽。4.2 相关人员4.2.1 从事波纹金属软管的检查人员,应按
规定取得移动式压力容器充装或气瓶充装资格证,或按
Z8002
规定取得压力容器检验员或检验师资格证。4.2.2 波纹金属软管检查报告的审批人员,应按
Z6001
规定取得特种设备安全管理、移动式压力容器充装或气瓶充装资格证,或者按

规定取得压力容器检验员或检验师资格证。4.2.3 检查人员应做好波纹金属软管的定期检查记录,检查记录应详尽、真实、准确,现场检查完毕后应及时出具定期检查报告。5
检查前准备5.1检查机构检查前准备工作5.1.1 检查用的仪器、仪表和量具应在有效的检定或者校准期内,检查用的照明和电源应符合国家相关规定。5.1.2 波纹金属软管与耐压试验装置之间的连接应牢固、可靠。5.1.3 耐压试验用的压力表应在有效检定期内,数量不少于

块,精度不得低于

倍,并安装在便于观察的位置。5.2 使用单位检查前准备工作5.2.1确认装卸软管的选型应符合下列要求:工作压力的

倍的公称压力。——波纹金属软管的材质应与充装介质相容,冷冻液化气体介质的装卸用管能够满足低温性能要求。5.2.2 应对接触液氧等氧化性介质的波纹金属软管的内表面和接头部位进行脱脂处理和防止油脂污染措施。5.2.3 应在波纹金属软管上标志开始使用日期,确认其使用年限不得超过设计使用寿命。6
检查分类、检查项目与检查周期6.1 检查分类压力容器波纹金属软管的定期检查分为日常检查和全面检查。DB43/T
1976—6.2 检查项目6.2.1 日常检查项目包含资料审查和外观检查。6.2.2 6.3 检查周期压力容器波纹金属软管在每次使用前都应开展日常检查,每年至少开展一次全面检查。7
资料审查7.1 资料审查至少包括以下内容:——出厂资料,包括产品质量证明文件或产品合格证、使用说明书等,在首次检查时进行审查;——检查资料,包括日常检查记录、全面检查记录和报告;——使用管理资料,包括维护保养记录、异常情况处理记录等。7.2 波纹金属软管制造单位应注明软管的设计使用寿命。对使用年限超过设计使用寿命的波纹金属软管,登记后应予以报废。7.3 没有产品合格证的波纹金属软管为不合格产品,登记后应予以报废。8
外观检查8.1 波纹金属软管网套应与波纹管贴合,表面应平整光滑且网花均匀,无破损、破裂、折叠、扭曲和老化等缺陷;8.2 波纹金属软管接头或连接处密封面无裂纹、擦伤、毛刺、砂眼、焊渣等缺陷;8.3 波纹金属软管波纹管表面不应有碰伤、焊渣等缺陷。9
耐压试验9.1 试验时环境温度不得低于
5℃,当温度低于
5℃应采取防冻措施。9.2

泄漏性试验合格后应进行泄漏性试验。泄漏性试验应符合下列要求。10.1 泄漏性试验介质应为干燥洁净的空气、氮气或者其他惰性气体。10.2 泄漏性试验时,试验时环境温度不得低于

5℃应采取防冻措施。10.3 泄漏性试验时,现场应有可靠的安全防护措施。10.4

检查记录、报告与标志11.1 检查记录、报告检查报告的格式见附录
A。波纹金属软管定期检查报告应给出检查结论,结论分为以下两种情况。a)
