2020

通知》(深建标〔2020〕2

号)的要求,标准编制组经过充分调查研究,认真总结交通建设领域

技术应用的实践经验,参考国内外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本标准。本标准的主要内容包括:总则;2.术语和缩略语;基本规定;4.模型创建和管理;5.深化设计;6.施工模拟;7.现场资源管理;8.预制加工;进度管理;10.质量管理;安全和文明施工管理;造价管理;13.竣工交付。本标准由深圳市住房和建设局、深圳市交通运输局联合发布,由深圳市交通运输局业务归口并组织云基智慧工程股份有限公司等编制单位负责具体技术内容的解释。本标准在执行过程中如有需修改和补充之处,请将意见或建议寄送云基智慧工程股份有限公司(公司地址:深圳市福田区梅坳一路深燃大厦

.................................................................................................. 20561 总 则1.0.1 为规范深圳市市政桥梁工程信息模型施工阶段的应用,提高市政桥梁工程信息模型的应用水平,制定本标准。1.0.2 本标准适用于深圳市市政桥梁工程在施工阶段的模型创建、管理、使用和交付。1.0.3 市政桥梁工程信息模型的创建、管理、使用和交付,除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家、行业、广东省及深圳市现行有关标准的规定。12 术语和缩略语2.1 术语2.1.1 城市道路工程 urban

engineering城市区域内,提供无轨机动车辆、非机动车辆或行人通行的市政基础工程及附属设施。主要包括道路、桥梁、隧道及配建的综合管廊、市政管线、公共交通场站等工程。2.1.2 城市道路工程信息模型 BIM

定3.1.1 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用的目标和范围应根据项目特点、合同要求及行业

BIM

技术应用水平等综合确定。3.1.2 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用宜覆盖市政桥梁工程的深化设计、施工实施、竣工验收等施工全过程,也可根据工程实际需要应用于某些环节或任务。3.1.3 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用前应进行施工应用策划,并应按策划方案开展应用。3.1.4 施工单位应根据应用策划方案分阶段制定应用计划,并应按规定共享或交付应用成果。3.1.5 市政桥梁工程施工信息模型宜在施工图设计模型基础上创建,也可根据施工图、勘察资料等工程文件或采集数据进行创建。3.1.6 根据施工图、勘察资料、变更资料等工程文件或采集数据创建的模型应符合设计交付标准的规定。3.1.7 工程发生变更时,相关模型元素、信息及相应的图纸应同步更新,并应进行版本管理。3.1.8 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用宜与

GIS计算数据联网工智能动通信等技术应用进行融合。3.2 施工应用策划3.2.1 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用策划应与工程整体实施计划协调一致。3.2.2 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用策划方案宜包含下列内容:1 工程简介;2 应用总体目标;3 组织架构和职责;4 应用重点、难点分析;5 应用范围、深度和流程;6 统一的单位、分部(子分部)、分项工程划分原则和

分解原则;7 基础技术条件需求;8 协同机制;9 信息交换要求;10 应用成果交付及版本管理要求;11 应用实施计划;12 应用保障措施;13 评价体系。3.2.3 市政桥梁工程信息模型施工应用流程编制宜分为整体流程和分项流程。整体流程应描述不同施工应用之间的逻辑关系、信息交换要求及责任主体等。分项流程应描述施工应用的详细工作顺序、参考资料、协同机制、输出成果及每项任务的责任主体等。43.3 共享与协同3.3.1 建设单位宜建立
