发放编号：文件编号：格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石发电工程#1炉紧身封闭结构安装施工作业指导书山东迪尔安装集团有限公司2008年3月格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石发电工程#1炉紧身封闭结构安装施工作业指导书编制：孔标审核：张保存批准：邢宪东批准日期：2008年3月5日目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u1.适用范围2.编制依据3.工程概况4.作业准备及作业条件5.作业顺序、方法6.工艺质量控制点7.质量记录8.作业的安全要求及措施9.环境因素控制措施10.文明施工要求及措施附图一附图二、1.适用范围本施工作业指导书适用于朔州市格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石综合利用发电项目#1锅炉紧身封闭结构的安装施工。2.编制依据2.1朔州市格瑞特2×135MW煤矸石综合利用发电项目土建安装工程发电厂部分合同；2.2上海锅炉厂有限公司提供的锅炉紧身封闭结构安装图纸；2.3《电力建设施工及验收技术规范》（锅炉机组篇）DL/T5047-95；2.4《火力发电厂焊接技术规程》（焊接篇）DL/T869-2004；2.5《电力建设安全工作规程》1996年版；2.6《火电施工质量检验及评定标准（锅炉篇）》1996年版；2.7《火电施工质量检验及评定标准》DL/5009.1-2002；2.8《钢结构工程施工及验收规范》（GB50205-2001）；2.92×135MW煤矸石综合利用发电项目土建安装工程施工组织总设计》；《2×135MW煤矸石综合利用发电工程锅炉专业施工组织设计》；山东迪尔安装集团有限公司下发的质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系相关文件。3.工程概况3.1工程简介山西省锅炉为上海电气集团上海锅炉厂有限公司设计制造并供货的型号为SG-480/13.7-M571的超高压、一次中间再热、循环流化床、自然循环汽包锅炉。锅炉9m运转层以上采用全钢结构紧身封闭框架，紧身封闭框架由柱、横梁、托架、檩条、檩托、斜撑、吊杆等组成；框架封闭由内外墙板和保温层构成，内外墙板采用彩色压形板，内墙板采用厚度为0.6mm彩色压形板，外墙板采用厚度为0.8mm彩色压形板，内外彩色压形板间填保温层，其厚度为100mm的超细保温玻璃棉。紧身封闭面：锅炉两侧面1、5轴线，锅炉前后面G、K轴线。3.2施工方案简述3.3.3.2.3锅炉紧身框架安装完成检查合格后，进行封闭围板的安装，具体安装3.3工作量3.3.3.21轴线（1列）框架安装，安装重量为48.702t；1列封闭围板安装，安装重量为33.565t；内外墙板间的保温棉铺设，共1900㎡。3.3.35轴线（5列）框架安装，安装重量为59.562t；5列封闭围板安装，安装重量为31.052t；内外墙板间的保温棉铺设，共1900㎡。3.3.4K排框架（炉后）安装，安装重量为37.934t；K排封闭围板安装，安装重量为26.999t；内外墙板间的保温棉铺设，共1600㎡。3.3.5全炉紧身封闭用自攻螺丝6万多只，防水铆钉近2万只。4.作业准备及作业条件4.1机械、工器具配备锅炉紧身封闭安装主要施工机械见下表：锅炉包覆过热器安装主要施工机械、器具一览表序号名称规格数量1倒链2T15只2汽车起重机QY161台3卷扬机2t2台4螺旋千斤顶5-10t2台5载重汽车5t1台6交流焊机国产BX系列6台7水平尺502把8电钻4台9裁板机2台10折板机1台11无齿锯1台12线坠1kg4个13透明胶水平管Ф1260米14卷尺50m2把15撬棒加工满足需要4.1.1所有施工用机械设备通过监测签证、保养，满足及时调用条件。4.1.2扳手、电钻、折板机、裁板机、记号笔、电焊工具、气焊工具、盘尺、水平尺、经纬仪工具等完好到位，施工用电配置到位。4.1.3常用测量用具均通过校验并在有效期内。4.2施工人员配备及资格要求施工劳动力组织见下表：序号工种人数备注序号工种人数1锅炉专工1技术负责人1焊工62安全专工1安全负责人2起重工33质量专工1质量负责人3架工104施工队长1施工负责人4力工105班组技术员1班组技术5铆工106班组质检员1施工质量6钳工47班组安全员1施工安全78合计78合计434.2.1人员资质和数量满足作业要求，能够胜任紧身封闭的安装工作。4.2.2所有的参加安装作业的人员均需通过三级安全教育。4.2.3凡参加高空作业的人员应进行体格检查，经医生诊断患有精神病、高血压等疾病者，不得进行安装作业。4.2.4起重工、架子工、电焊工须持证上岗。4.2.5作业的安装工须有相应的资质水平和技能，并熟练掌握锅炉紧身封闭的安装工艺和程序。4.3设备、材料、力能供应4.3.1紧身封闭设备构件及附件全部到货，经清点验收合格。4.3.2设备图纸已全部到位，具备施工条件。4.3.3现场施工用电、用水、用气已能够满足施工要求。4.3.4安全用具、安全设施已经落实。4.4施工场地及环境要求施工场地、道路经平整夯实，具备运输和吊装条件，且畅通；施工环境应满足现场焊接工作的需要，有必要的防风、防冻措施；施工区域的安全防护设施已配置，个人安全防护用具已领用4.5上道工序的确认设备构件及附件全部到货，经清点验收合格，锅炉大型设备已安装到位并确认可以进行紧身封闭的安装工作。5.作业顺序、方法5.1作业流程图5.2作业内容、方法及要求5.2.1作业准备5.2.1.1使用的机械设备和工器具处于正常状态；5.2.1.2满足施工要求的场地已具备条件；5.2.1.3测量器具的规格、量程、精度等级满足要求，且在有效期内，确保量值的传递；5.2.1.4相关材料和设备已到货，质量和数量满足施工要求，确保连续作业；5.2.1.5设计文件和相应的制造文件、图纸满足作业要求。5.2.2紧身框架的安装紧身结构的吊装是采用二台2t卷扬机进行吊装，在托架、檩托安装完成后，从锅炉炉顶钢结构顶面，在紧身结构安装作业面挑出两根I25字钢（见附图一）来进行对柱、横梁以及檩条的吊装、就位。5.2.2.1紧身框架在安装前要对所有的设备进行清点，编号，按先后安装顺序进行设备的倒运。5.2.2.2托架及檩托的安装：以锅炉钢结构1m标高线为基准点，在各安装立面钢结构立柱上按照紧身框架图纸的要求划出托架、檩托的标高。注：1、因檩托安装点比较多，要求以一个基准点划出各檩托的安装标高，不允许各叠加划出各点标高。2、托架及檩托的焊接严格按照图纸的要求进行施焊，没有要求的部分按6mm的焊高进行施焊。5.2.2.3紧身框架柱上的檩托在地面根据图纸的要求安装、焊接好后进行吊装。5.2.2.4吊装柱，在炉顶布置一台卷扬机与柱安装位置对应来对各柱进行吊装、就位，柱是从下而上进行对各层立柱的安装。5.2.2.5当第一层柱安装完成后进行横梁的安装，横梁吊装同样采用从炉顶布置卷扬机，可用一台也可用两台卷扬机抬吊就位，在横梁吊装前必须两端栓上溜绳，以防止吊装过程中碰其它设备而产生危险。第一层柱和横梁安装完成后进行第二层柱和横梁的安装，安装方法同第一层柱和横梁。5.2.2.6当紧身立面的柱与横梁安装完毕后进行檩条的安装工作。檩条吊装根据实物的大小来进行选用吊装手段，即采用卷扬机吊装就位和用棕绳穿开口人拉就位。檩条安装从上而下进行。5.2.2.7檩条安装完成后进行刚性层的檩条的斜撑的安装，在斜撑安装定位、焊接前需将支撑上下檩条调整到一个水平面后方可进行定位、焊接。5.2.2.8刚性层檩条、斜撑定位、焊接完成后进行吊杆的安装，吊杆的安装要求从刚性层开始进行，调平好一层后再进行下一层檩条吊杆的安装，直至安装到最下层。5.2.3围板的安装围板安装必须在紧身框架安装验收后进行，安装顺序采用自下而上1列、G面、5列、K面紧身封闭面同时施工，确保各拐角板安装同时跟上（以内外墙板的高度为一层，逐层向上进行作业。），以便安全作业。在围板安装前需制作作业吊笼，以便安装内外墙板和保温棉的铺设（见附图二）。5.2.3.1紧身框架安装完成后进行外墙板的安装，安装从9m层开始向上安装，外墙板采用V125厚度为0.8mm彩色压形板（外墙板安装严格按照图纸编号要求对号入座，不得用错，在安装时上下边缘标高符合图纸要求。），安装固定在檩条的外侧槽型外翼缘板的外侧，固定用Ф5.5×55的自攻螺丝，两内墙板间的竖缝搭接处用Ф5×15防水铆钉铆住。5.2.3.2一层外墙板完成作业后铺设保温棉，保温棉铺设要求宽度选用合理，保温棉铺设在檩条的外侧，铺设前先在外墙板的内侧布置好双面胶带，铺设保温棉时，先将保温棉的上部挂在外墙板的固定自攻螺丝上，然后从上而下进行，最后再将保温棉的下部扣到外墙板下部固定自攻螺丝上，铺设要求平整、规范。5.2.3.3第一层保温棉铺设工作完成后安装内墙板，内墙板采用V820厚度为0.6mm彩色压形板内（墙板安装严格按照图纸编号要求对号入座，不得用错，在安装时上下边缘标高符合图纸要求。），安装固定在檩条的内侧槽型内翼缘板的外侧，固定用Ф5.5×25的自攻螺丝，两内墙板间的竖缝搭接处用铆钉铆住。在安装内侧墙板过程中与檩托或其它设备相碰时可以现场裁切，严禁用手工裁切并保持切割后边缘平整（注：彩色压形板严禁用火焰切割）。5.2.3.4四面第一层紧身封闭外墙板、保温棉、内墙板安装完成后安装第一层封闭的内外拐角折弯件和包角板。内外拐角折弯件和包角板的安装严格按照图纸要求进行。外侧墙板折弯件和包角板搭接要求上包下，包长为150mm，在包接处要求涂上防水硅胶。5.2.3.5第一层内外拐角折弯件和包角板安装完成后进行第二层外墙板、保温棉、内墙板和内外拐角折弯件和包角板安装，安装方法同第一层，直至安装到52.8m。5.2.3.6紧身封闭的门、窗、洞的折弯板包角板安装要求严格按照图纸详图施工。5.3作业工序的检验要求及中间交接要求5.3.1外观检查及尺寸复查5.3.1.1外观检查：主要是仔细观察设备及有无碰伤、变形，制作有无缺陷。5.3.1.2尺寸复查：复查到货构件的几何尺寸，包括外形尺寸长，宽及对角线的复查，发现问题及时反映并做好原始记录。5.3.1.3清点到货设备的规格、数量，发现问题及时反映并做好原始记录。5.3.2紧身框架安装5.3.2.1检查檩托、柱托架的安装标高，从锅炉钢结构1m标高线向上引。5.3.2.2检查柱与横梁的垂直度与水平度，以及安装位置。5.3.25.3.2.4檩条安装后，调平吊杆及檩条斜撑安装完成后检查檩条整体立面是否在一个平面内，檩条是否水平。5.3.35.3.35.3.3.2保温棉铺设固定是否按本指导书的要求进行的，铺设是否规范，平整。5.3.3.3紧身封闭完成后，外观工艺要求美观，无反水点，外墙板安装是否牢固（风吹不掉）。6.工艺质量控制点6.1柱托架、檩托的安装标高；6.2紧身框架安装；6.3内外墙板、折角板、包角板及保温棉的安装；6.4各类门、窗、洞的包角板，折角板的安装。7.质量记录7.1质量记录的填写内容及中间交接要求质量记录的填写包括：设备开箱、清点、领用记录；设备缺陷以及处理记录；施工技术记录。所有记录必须符合图纸的要求和质量标准。7.2围板安装要求压形板搭接工正，波条在一条线上，相邻内外墙板搭接缝紧贴并在一条一线上。整个墙板面平滑，美观。7.3紧身框架按下表的要求进行验收。炉4.6表检验指标性质单位质量标准检验方法和器具合格优良柱脚中心线偏差主要mm±5±3校对基础中心线与柱脚底板中心线偏移，用钢板尺在前、后、左、右四个方位检测立柱标高偏差mm±5±3以厂房基准标高为基准，检测立柱lm标高线位置，方法按《验标》本篇附录I第2条规定各立柱间相互标高偏差≤3≤2以各立柱lm标高线位置为基准，按(验标)本篇附录I第2条方法检测各主柱间距偏差mm≤1‰柱距，且≤10≤0．7‰柱距，且≤7在立柱上、中、下三个位置，按(验标)本篇附录I第1条规定检测立柱垂直度偏差主要mm≤1‰立柱长度，且≤15≤0．7‰立柱长度，且≤10用经纬仪或吊线锤，钢尺在立柱互成90°的两个方位检测立柱对角线差柱顶大、小对角主要mm≤1．5‰对角线长度，且≤15≤1‰对角线长度，且≤10检测各立柱间的大对角线及相应的小对角线，方法按(验标)本篇附录I第1条规定炉4．8表检验指标性
