the

window,

Maha

residents

could

further

enjoy

the

vast

landscape

view

overacupofcoffeeandfreshfoodsfromthetapaskitcheninthebreakfastloungesituatedatlevel31ofthe

new

Maha

Beijing

Club.One

continuestoenjoyvariousfacilitiesprovided

bythenewMahaBeijingClub

throughout

theentireday,

withoptionsofayogasessionortraininginthefitnesscenterontheeastwingoflevel30,orinvitingafriendover

to

share

a

spa

session

and

trying

out

the

latest

in-trend

floatation

therapy

followed

by

a

small

break

at

the

Himalayanrock

saltlounge.Guests

and

residents

could

also

enjoy

a

manicure

and

grooming

session

on

the

ground

floor

west

wing.

And

apatisseriesituatedrightnexttoitoffersaglimpseintothefull-fledgedfoodandbeverageservicesonthetopmost

floor.ThegroundflooreastwingconsistsofanexclusivelibrarywithmeetingfacilitycateringforMaha

residents

whowishtohostmeetandgreetbusinesssessions.Thereisalsoadedicatedkids’libraryandplayroomfor

the

young

ones

nearby.MaharesidentsnowhavetheoptiontodineorentertainattheJapanesethemedfoodandbeveragefacility.A

sushichef’stablewithabreathtakingskylightandlandscapefeaturewouldwowanyguestsandseveral

teppanyakiprivatediningroomswouldbeabletoentertainsmallgroupsofvisitingfriends.Asakebaris

designedconnectingtoamultifunctionroomthatservesasanextensionofone’shometohostpartiesand

functions.Anopentapaskitchenandthebreakfastloungealsoconnectstoasecondmultifunctionroom,actingasan

extension

to

seat

more

all-day

dining

guests.

This

2

multifunction

rooms

also

boast

a

feature

skylight

each

thatbringsnaturalsunlightintotheroom.Atearoomisplacedattherearendofthebreakfastloungetocater

Chinese

tea

option.Level

31

is

completed

with

a

comprehensive

wine

and

cigar

experience,

with

guests

arriving

at

the

feature

winegallerythatleadstoeitherthewinetastingroomandbarloungeorcigarlounges.Mahaguestswouldbeabletostoreexclusivewinesinthewinegalleryandhavetheluxurytotastemoreoptionsfromthecellar.A

dedicatedwinetastingroomisdesignedtocompletetheexperience.Amorecasualsettingisdesignedinthe

bar

lounge

with

live

music

stageat

acorner.Maharesidentsandguestscouldalsoenjoycigarandwhiskeyinaseparatecorner,havingagameortwoinprivacy

in

theseveral

games

roomplaced

right

nextto

the

barlounge

extending

into

the

wee

hours

of

nights.晨起遥望着无边无际的园林景观，Maha住客可在31楼顶层会所里的带开放式厨房的早餐厅继续边享用咖啡和早点边享受这一副美景。Maha住客也可以在这全新的会所全天候享有一系列的顶级服务和设施，客户可以选择在30层东翼的健身理疗设施参与一节瑜伽课或来一段体操锻炼，又或者邀请朋友一块做个理疗套餐，体验近期流行的浮力舱理疗然后在喜玛拉雅盐石休息区小修片刻。住客和访客也可以在一层西翼进行美容和美甲服务。座落于隔壁的小咖啡厅正好让访客有机会体验顶楼餐饮的一小部分服务和美食选择。一层东翼设有Maha住客专用图书室并且提供会议室功能，方便需要居家办公的Maha

住客。另一边则设有Maha专属儿童图书室和游戏室。Maha住客在会所里享有日式餐饮选择。中庭设置了别致的寿司餐台，考虑了独一无二的天窗设计并带有园林景观作为焦点设计。周边的几间高私密性铁板烧包房则带有无敌窗景。衔接一边的清吧则连通至其中一间多功能室，这个功能则考虑了需要举办派对和小型聚会的可能性。第二间多功能室则连通开放式厨房和早餐厅，作为早餐厅的延伸提供更多座位。两间多功能室都带有独特的天窗设计，提供了自然采光。早餐厅的尾端设置了茶室功能，提供了中式茶道的服务。会所31层则提供了全面性的品酒和雪茄体验，访客抵达于一个设计特别的酒窖过道，再通往到品酒室，藏酒窖，酒吧或雪茄厅。Maha住客享有特殊过道里私有储藏柜，也可享有藏酒窖里的更多选择。朝南的品酒室完美地完善了整个品酒体验，衔接的酒吧则提供了氛围较为轻松的场景并设有了小舞台供现场乐队表演。Maha住客也可以在相对私密的雪茄厅享受雪茄和威士忌，或者在酒吧旁的高私密性游戏室继续痛快至夜宵。LEVEL

design

language

functions

the

some

privacy

to

the

reception

area.接待休闲区体现沿用了之前的学堂设计并做了小的硬装设计调整，相同的设计风格贯通了每个楼栋一层公共空间。不一样的需求产生了新的家具布局，接待台以书桌形式体现并配置了一组沙发座位。一对夹丝玻璃屏风增添了部分的隐私给于这个空间。RECEPTION
