SECTIONSECTION4:STANDARDSOFCONDUCTTheworkrulesandstandardsofconductforTwoTreesOliveOilareimportant,andtheregardsthemseriously.Allemployeesareurgedto efamiliarwiththeserulesandstandards.Inaddition,employeesareexpectedtofollowtherulesandstandardsfaithfullyinngtheirownjobsandconductingthe’sbusiness.Pleasenotethatanyemployeewhodeviatesfromtheserulesandstandardswillbesubjecttocorrectiveaction,uptoandincludingterminationofemployment(seeSection3.12,CorrectiveAction).Whilenotintendedtolistalltheformsofbehaviorthatareconsideredunacceptableintheworkce,thefollowingareexamplesofruleinfractionsormisconductthatmayresultindisciplinaryaction,includingterminationofemployment.TheftorinappropriateremovalorpossessionofFalsificationoftimekeerecords(SeeSection5.2,TimekeeWorkingundertheinfluenceofalcoholorillegaldrugs(SeeSection4.6,SubstancePossession,distribution,sale,transfer,oruseofalcoholorillegaldrugsintheworkce(SeeSection4.6,SubstanceAbuse);Fightingor intheworkBoisterousordisruptiveactivityintheworkNegligenceorimproperconductleadingtodamage -ownedorcustomer-ownedInsubordinationorotherdisrespectfulViolationofsafetyorhealthSmokinginthework ualorotherunlawfulor eharassment(SeeSection4.3,Harassment,Including Excessiveabsenteeismoranyabsencewithoutnotice(Seealso,Section4.1Attendance/Punctualityand4.2,AbsencewithoutNotice);Unauthorizeduse ephones,or -ownedequipment(SeeSection ephone equipmentforpurposesotherthanbusiness(i.e.yinggamesoncomputersor Internetusage);Unauthorizeddisclosureofbusiness“secrets” Violation nelpolicies;Unsatisfactoryperformanceor4.14.1ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITYTheexpectsthateveryemployeewillberegularandpunctualinattendance.Thismeansbeingintheoffice,readytowork,attheirstartingtimeeachday.Absenteeismandtardinesscesaburdenonotheremployeesandonthe.Ifyouareunabletoreportforworkforanyreason,notifyyoursupervisorbeforeregularstartingtime.Youareresponsibleforspeakingdirectlywithyoursupervisoraboutyourabsence.Itisnotacceptabletoleaveamessageonasupervisor’svoic,exceptinextremeemergencies.Inthecaseofleavingavoicmessage,afollow-upcallmustbemadelaterthatday.Thephonenumberis(XXX)XXX-XXXX.Shouldundue eapparent,disciplinaryactionmaybeIftherecomesatimewhenyouseethatyouwillneedtoworksomehoursotherthanthosethatmakeupyourusualworkweek,notifyyoursupervisoratleastsevenworkingdaysinadvance.Eachrequestforspecialworkhourswillbeconsideredseparay,inlightoftheemployee’sneedsandtheneedsofthe.Suchrequestsmayormaynotbegranted.4.24.2ABSENCEWITHOUTNOTICEWhenyouareunabletoworkowingtoillnessoranaccident,pleasenotifyyoursupervisor.Thiswillallowthetoarrangefortemporarycoverageofyourduties,andhelpsotheremployeestocontinueworkinyourabsence.Ifyoudonotreportforworkandtheisnotnotifiedofyourstatus,itwillbeassumedaftertwoconsecutivedaysofabsencethatyouhaveresigned,andyouwillberemovedfromthepayroll.Ifyou eillwhileatworkormustleavetheofficeforsomeotherreasonbeforeoftheworkday,besuretoinformyoursupervisorofthesituationandcheckoutwiththereceptionist.4.34.3HARASSMENT,INCLUDING UALHARASSMENTTwoTreesOliveOiliscommittedtoprovidingaworkenvironmentthatisofdiscriminationandunlawfulharassment.Actions,words,jokes,orcommentsbasedonanindividual’s ,race,ethnicity,age,religion,oranyotherlegallyprotectedcharacteristicwillnotbetolerated.Ifyoubelieveyouhavebeenthevictimofharassment,orknowofanotheremployeewhohas,reportitimmediay.Employeescanraiseconcernsandmakereportswithoutfearofreprisal.AnyAnysupervisoresawareofpossibleharassmentshouldpromptlyadvisetheirsupervisorortheResourcesRepresentativewhowillhandlethematterinatimely 4.4 EPHONEName’sephonesareintendedfortheuseofservingourcustomersandinconductingthe’salusageduringbusinesshoursisdiscouragedexceptforextremeemergencies.Allalephonecallsshouldbekeptbrieftoavoidcongestionontheephoneline.Torespecttherightsofallemployeesandavoid municationintheoffice,employeesmustinformfamilymembersandfriendstolimitalephonecallsduringworkinghours.Ifanemployeeisfoundtobedeviatingfromthis,he/shewillbesubjecttodisciplinaryaction(SeeSection3.12,CorrectiveAction).4.54.5PUBLICIMAGEAprofessionalappearanceisimportantanytimethatyoucomeincontactwithcustomersorpotentialcustomers.EmployeesshouldbewellgroomedanddressedappropriayforourbusinessandfortheirpositioninThefollowingitemsareconsideredinappropriateworkingattireforTwoTreesOliveOpen-toedtopsorrevealingShortminiSheerT-shirtswithinappropriateoroffensivegesturesorAnyitemsinappropriatefor orWhenmeetingwitha,thedresscodeismorebusiness-oriented,includingattiresuchSlacksanddressshirtorDressorskirtandIfmanagementoccasionallydesignates"casualdays,"appropriateguidelineswillbeprovidedtoyou.Consultyoursupervisorifyouhaveanyquestionsaboutappropriatebusinessattire.4.64.6SUBSTANCETheiscommittedtoprovidingasafeandproductiveworkceforitsemployees.Inkeewiththiscommitment,thefollowingrulesregardingalcoholanddrugsofabusehavebeenestablishedforallstaffmembers,regardlessofrankorposition,includingbothregularandtemporaryemployees.Therulesapplyduringworkinghourstoallemployeesofthewhiletheyareonpremisesorelsewhereonbusiness.Themanufacture,distribution,possession,sale,orpurchaseofcontrolledsubstancesofabuseonpropertyisprohibited.Beingundertheinfluenceofillegaldrugs,alcohol,orsubstancesofabuseonpropertyisWorkingwhileundertheinfluenceofprescriptiondrugsthatimpairperformanceisSothatthereisnoquestionaboutwhattheserulessignify,pleasenotethefollowingproperty:Allownedorleasedpropertyusedbyemployees.Controlledsubstanceofabuse:AnysubstancelistedinSchedulesI-VofSection202oftheControlledSubstanceAct,asamended.Drug:Anychemicalsubstancethatproducesphysical,mental,emotional,orbehavioralchangeintheDrugparaphernalia:Equipment,aproduct,ormaterialthatisusedorintendedforuseinconcealinganillegaldrug,orotherwiseintroducingintothehumanbodyanillegaldrugorcontrolledsubstance.IllegalAnydrugorderivativethereofwhoseuse,possession,sale,transfer,attemptedsaleortransfer,manufacture,orstorageisillegalorregulatedunderanyfederal,state,orlocallaworregulation.Anydrug,including–butnotlimitedto–aprescriptiondrug,usedforanyreasonotherthanthatprescribedbyaphysician.InhalantsusedUndertheinfluence:Astateofnothavingthenormaluseofmentalorphysicalfacultiesresultingfromthevoluntaryintroductionintothebodyofcoholicbeverage,drug,orsubstanceofabuse.Consistentwiththeruleslistedabove,anyofthefollowingactionsconstitutesaviolationofthe’sondrugsandmaysubjectanemployeetodisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingimmediatetermination.Using,selling,purchasing,transferring,manufacturing,orstoringanillegaldrugordrugparaphernalia,orattemptingtoorassistinganothertodoso,whileinthecourseofemployment.Workingorreportingtowork,conductingbusinessorbeingonpropertywhileundertheinfluenceofanillegaldrugoralcohol,orinanimpairedcondition.4.74.7TOBACCOPRODUCTSTheuseoftobaccoproductsisnotpermittedanywhereonthe’s4.84.8INTERNETTwoTreesOliveOilemployeesarealloweduseoftheInternetandwhennecessarytoserveourcustomersandconductthe’sbusiness.EmployeesmayusetheInternetwhenappropriatetoaccessinformationneededtoconductbusinessofthe.Employeesmayusewhenappropriateforbusinesscorrespondence.UseoftheInternetmustnotdisruptoperationofthecomputernetwork.UseoftheInternetmustnotinterferewithanemployee'sproductivity.EmployeesareresponsibleforusingtheInternetinamannerthatisethicalandlawful.Internetmessagesarepublicandnotprivate.TwoTreesOliveOilreservestherighttoaccessandmonitorallfilesandmessagesonitssystems.准。此外,员工在开展本职工作和开展公司业务时应忠实遵守规则和标准。请注意,任何这些规则和标准的员工都将受到纠正措施,直至并包括终止雇佣关系(参见第3.12o雇佣关系)的或不当行为的示例。计时记录(参见第5.2节“计时在或药物的影响下工作(参见第4.6节,药物在工作场所持有、分发、销售、转移或使用或药物(参见第4.6节“药物”);性骚扰或其他或不受欢迎的骚扰(请参阅第4.3节“骚扰,包括性骚扰
