一.HangingCalamusandMoxa2023/7/21端午节8 农历五月初五端午节，是中国夏季最重要的传统节日。中医理论认为，这一天阳气为一年中最盛，于是端午便成了人们驱邪防病的最佳时机。5月28日这天，宜宾城区的几个农贸市场里人流攒动，人们都在购买节日食品，除了买粽子、鸭蛋，记者发现，艾草、菖蒲在市场上很走俏，很多人的手里都拿着一束。一位卖草的老者告诉记者，这是艾草、菖蒲，挂在门口可以辟邪保平安。 端午节在门口挂艾草、菖蒲，就像贴上一道灵符，可以趋利避害。宜宾人过端午，一般会将艾草、菖蒲用草绑成一束，然后挂在门楣上。正在购买艾草、菖蒲的李阿姨告诉记者，端午节挂艾草、菖蒲是有一个说法的，传说明末清初，张献忠入川，大肆烧杀抢掠，老百姓纷纷逃避。一天张献忠看见一老太婆，背上背着一个大一点孩子，手上牵着一个小一点的孩子就觉得好奇怪，便上前问其原因，老太回答让他吃了一惊：原来老太背上背的是别人的儿子，由于父母都被乱军杀了，只剩下一个独苗苗了。手上牵着的才是自己的孙子。张献忠大受感动：这老人实在太善良了！在路边顺便扯了一把野草交给老太，叫她把这把草挂在门口，并传令“凡是门口挂有此草的一律不杀”。这把草就是菖蒲、艾蒿（四川人叫成艾）。“现在挂艾草、菖蒲就是为了辟邪保平安。”李阿姨说。 据了解，艾草是一种可以治病的药草，插在门口代表招百福，可使主人身体健康。从我国古代开始就一直是药用植物，针灸里面的灸法，就是用艾草作为主要成分，放在穴道上进行灼烧来治病。有关艾草可以驱邪的传说已经流传很久，主要也是因为它具备医药功能而来。而菖蒲则主要因为民间方士将其象征成可以铲除不祥的宝剑，插在门口可以避邪，所以方士们称它为“水剑”，后来的风俗则引申为“蒲剑”，可以斩千邪，驱邪却鬼。2023/7/21端午节9
