教学思路：

step1.热身准备，播放世界杯音乐，吸引学生的注意力，进入上课状态，并为后面介绍足球运动做铺垫，并点明本节读写课的学习目标；

step2导入（startingout）新语言项目，播放涉及到各项运动的小视频以及运动图片，激活学生运动类词汇，同桌讨论各自喜欢的运动以及原因，并经讨论达成共识：做运动有很多益处。

step3.读前活动看图片，猜与足球赛相关的手势和标志。

step4.读中活动（一），学生通过略读活动，在文章整体语境的刺激下激活已有词汇，领会新词含义，领略文章大意，理清文章结构和行文思路。

step5.读中活动（二），学生通过听力和跟读，进行文章细读，发现文中细节性内容

step6.深入思考，分组讨论文章最后一句话的深层次含义，学生对讨论结果上台报告，老师引导做主题升华。

step7.读后活动，根据本单元运动这一主题，给出写作题目：Thebenefitsofdoingsports,引导学生自己构思并画出相应的思维导图，并进行写作练习，学生展示同桌互评互改。

step8.小结，让学生总结所学内容。

step9.作业，课下对个人写作内容进行润色。
