我是中国***********主管本科教学的副院长，我向贵校推举我的同学***前往攻读博士生课程不仅是由于她的学习成果优秀，并已有多篇论文公开发表，更重要的是由于她敏锐的思维、关注社会进展的深厚爱好，擅长把理论学问应用到实际问题讨论的学术进展潜力。

***大一入学后跟随我学习《社会学概论》课程，大二选修了我的《社会科学讨论简论》课程。她学习成果优秀，对社会问题有深厚爱好，在校学习期间通过广泛深化的社会实践，取得了可喜的讨论成果，已发表论文5篇，体现了她在社会科学方面的培育潜力。我发觉，***擅长利用所学的学问，见解独到，对学术讨论的执著非多数同学所能比。我曾辅导过她“高校毕业生以村官形式就业”、“中国企业劳务派遣用工模式”、“企业走出去战略召唤学问产权”等方面的课题讨论。特殊是她讨论的“劳务派遣”课题，是目前中国劳动用工的热点问题，她连续深化三十余家企业，揭示了中国“劳务工”这一社会弱势群体的生存状况，使公众开头关注“劳务工”这一城市社会底层。***已经取得了很多讨论生也不能轻易取得的突出成果。当然，作为一个本科生她尽管参加了一些讨论，但理论功底尚欠深厚，思想广度有待提高，需要进一步深造。

Afterenteringtheschoolasafreshman,***followedmetolearnthecourseofIntroductiontoSociology,andselectedmycourseBriefIntroductiontoSocialSciences.Withexcellentacademicrecordsandkeeninterestinsocialproblems,andthroughextensiveandin-depthsocialpracticesduringschool,shegotfavorableresearchfruits,andpublishedfivepapers,reflectingherpotentialincultivationofsocialsciences.Ialsofoundthat***waswellversedinutilizingwhatshelearnedandheruniqueunderstanding,sofewstudentscouldapproachherpersistenceinacademicresearch.Iusedtoinstructedheronsuchsubjectsas“EmploymentofUniversityGraduatesasVillageOfficials”,“EmploymentModelofLaborDispatchingbyChineseEnterprises”,and“Go-outStrategiesofEnterprisesCallOutIntellectualPropertyRight”,etc.Inwhich,thesubjectof“LaborDispatching”isahotspotissueinlaboruseincurrentChina,forwhichshehadcontinuouslyappliedherselftoover30enterprises,andrevealedthelivingstatusof“ServiceLabors”,adisadvantagedgroupinChina,enablingthepublictobegintopayattentionsto“ServiceLabors”,thesocialstratumofcities.Besides,***hadscoredmanyoutstandingachievementsthatmanygraduatestudentscouldhardlygot.Ofcourse,althoughshe,asanundergraduatestudent,hadparticipatedinsomeresearches,shestillneedsfurtherstudy,soastosolidifyanddeepenhertheoreticalfoundations,andtoextendherthinkingscope.

另外，在搞好学习、科研的同时，***还是我们学院参与各种社团活动最多的同学之一，三年来为学院同学工作做出了许多贡献。
