开发设计中心助理(经理/主管级)佳龙旅游发展有限公司佳龙旅游发展有限公司,佳龙职责描述:

1、管控开发设计中心与国外设单位全部往来文件;

2、负责与开发设计中心有关的对外邮件来往、对外文件上的翻译工作;

3、各类文件的起草、发放、登记、记录等工作;

4、支配开发设计中心国外顾问公司的日常工作、时辰表和行程支配;

5、支配国外公司的招投标标书的发放、报价分析、汇报文件;

6、搜集完成整理国外设计公司资料库;

7、组织与国外设计公司的视频会议;

8、收集整理各个项目经理的周报月报等汇总;

9、负责开发设计中心工作汇报ppt等。

任职要求:

1、本科以上相关学历,5年以上相关工作阅历;

2、英语实力良好,笔译功底深厚,精通中英互译;

3、具有较强人际交往实力、沟通实力、安排与执行实力;

4、保密性较强,有责任感;

5、可适应国内外出差工作;

3.workwithcaddesigncentertorealizedrawingsinlinewithdesignandfunctionalityneedsuntiltheconceptionvalidate.

4.todefine,releaseandupdate,duringthewholeproductlifecycle,thetechnicaldrawings,pre-specification,homologationreportsandspecificationinlinewiththeproductdefinition,respectingthepackagingconceptionqualitysystem(sqcp)

5.workwithsourcingcenter,plantforvalueanalysisandoptimizationsonpackinandpackout.

6.toleadriskassessmentwithinternalandexternalpartnersonselectedconcepts.

7.totracktheprogressonpackagingdevelopmentandgivealertsonpossibledelayswhenitisnecessary.
