序言

校本课程开发包括两个方面的含义：一是学校根据本校实际和学生需求

自主开发的学校课程；二是对国家课程、地方课程进行校本加工、补充和完

善，从而因地制宜、创造性地实施国家课程和地方课程。

提高教学质量，是教学研究永恒的主题。对教师来说，如何才能提高教

学质量呢？我认为，教师除了具有过硬的教学基本功之外，还必须具有过硬

的课程实施能力。课程实施能力主要包括：把握课程标准的能力、与学生沟

通的能力、运用多媒体辅助教学的能力、课程开发能力等。新课程倡导〃教师

要做课程的建设者和开发者〃，要求''教师用教材教"，要求〃教师开展校本课

程开发"，这些要求，实质上讲的都是校本课程开发，即要求教师根据学情，

对国家课程进行再加工，创造性地实施国家课程，使学生学得更好。由此可

见，教师的课程开发能力，是提高教学质量的重要条件之一。

总之，要提高数学教学质量，教师必须经常研究两个问题，一是应该

教什么？二是应该怎样教？这个"教什么〃，不能片面地认为就是教教材，正

确的应该是''用教材教“，也就是说教师必须树立校本课程开发的理念，不迷

信课本和教辅资料，敢于并善于对
