1）菜单应先递给女士，无女士则先递给长者。如果有很多人一起用餐，则可以将菜单递给主宾。

2）应给客人充裕的时间选择，也可看情况介绍一些招牌菜（housespecialty）或当日有特价的菜式（today’sspecial）。

3）在接受点菜时，必须问清客人的需求，“您喜欢怎样做您点的……?”（Howwouldyoulikeyour…?）
