一钢厂概述Ironandsteelindustrysummary:全流程钢铁企业一般分原料、球团、烧结、焦化、高炉、炼钢（转炉、电炉、连铸）、热轧、冷轧、能源公辅、化工、自备电厂等专业，每个专业不同，各风机的要求特点也不一样。Thewholeprocessironandsteelfactoryshouldbedividedintostock,pellet,sintering,coking,shaftfurnace,steelmaking（Converter,electricfurnace,continuouscasting）,hotrolling,coldrolling,energyauxiliarysupply,chemical,powerplantandsoon.Ofcourse,differentprocess,differentrequiredcharacteristic.各工艺段的主要风机如下：Themainfansfortheallkindsoftheprocess:一、炼铁单元部分：Ironmakingunitspart:1、原料场：主要是除尘风机。Stockyard:dustexhaustingfan.2、球团：主排风机、回热风机、环冷风机。Pellet:Mainexhaustingfan,Regeneratorfan,circulatingcoolingfan.3、烧结：主抽风机、机尾除尘风机、燃料除尘风机、配料除尘风机、成品除尘风机等各除尘风机、环冷风机、余热锅炉循环风机、余热回收点火风机。烧结脱硫增压风机，脱硫氧化风机（湿法脱硫）Sintering,:Maininducedfan,enddustexhaustingfan,fueldustJinTongLing
