V2一个megaburger的Director写信给当地restaurant的店主，说成为其连锁店能够获得更好的进展，给出的理由有如下：

1，更低的成本&更简单吸引顾客

2，更高的效率

3，clothing和home-supplystores也日趋national化

V3连锁franchiserestaurant可以给餐饮店带来许多好处。加入megaburger连锁的话，可以以更低的价格批量选购，可以有highoperatingefficiency,还可以shareadvertisingcosts.除此之外呢，变成franchiserestaurant后还可以吸引顾客，就像人们喜爱nationallyknownclothingstores一样，人们知道whattoexpect(之类的)，所以人们也会喜爱连锁餐饮店。因此说Cindy'sSandwichShop应当加入Megaburgerfamily,给顾客供应他们想要的服务。

V4一个NationalFastFoodchain的director说服一个叫Cindy'sLocalSandwichShop加入他们的franchise,Cindycurrentlyhas2localrestaurantsinTomville.Director说加入我们连锁好处有1.批量进货sharedadvertisingexpense-省钱2.Standardmenu,socustomersalreadyknowwhattoorderandknowwhatkindoffoodqualitytheycanexpectn3.Clothingstorefranchisehasbeensuccessful.Joinusnow.双赢。

参考思路

1.错误因果：批量进货以及sharedadvertisingexpense并不能说明sandwichshop肯定能节约成本。

2.错误类比：sandwichshop和clothingstore错误类比，clothingstorefranchisehasbeensuccessful不表示sandwichshop加入了nationalfastfoodchain也会胜利。

3.无端假设：当localrestaurant加入了nationalfastfoodchain不代表肯定能吸引顾客，可能反而会失去老顾客。

二.CitrusFruits

说的是什么近10年来，某种水果的价格上升，然而导致客观因素只有unfavorableweather。所以政府应当对果农们实行措施，让他们降低价格。

天气状况不是影响产量的因素，害虫的状况，土壤等自然环境，还有竞争者的存在，甚至管理水公平。另外产量也不应当是提价的因素，完全有可能是整体通货膨胀，还有成本的提升的。

1.Causaloversimplification：是否出了citrusgrowers以外没有其他因数导致了价格的上涨?。还有，比如环境爱护，加工价格上升，人力成本上升，或者单纯的物价上涨。。。Monetaryinflation,increaseddistributionandlaborcosts,oralterationsinsupplyanddemandconditionsthegrowers’desireforincreasedprofits.

2.充分条件:Onlywaytocombatincreasedpriceisthroughgovernmentintervention.

3.无关假设：天气好果树的产量肯定高。由于种植柑橘的农夫已经动用了可用的资源了，产量无法再多

4.错误类别orHastygeneralization：柠檬是不是可以橘类水果类比，或者说，柠檬有其特别性，譬如柠檬都是进口的，比较贵。
