iongate,circularpoolreturnvalve.b.开启系统各放气阀,开启循环水池回水3道阀,关闭循环泵出口门,CRT启动循环泵,观察循环水泵,缓慢向系统充水同时确认系统各部位无泄漏情况。openeachventvalve,opencyclepoolbackwatervalve3,closedcirculatingwaterpumpoutletdoor,CRTstartupcirculationpump,checkthecirculatingpump.slowlyfillingthesystemwithwater,whilerecognizingthatallpartsofthesystemnoleakage.c.专人监视冷却塔水池是否已有回水。Aspecialstaffshouldbeinchargeofobservingwhetherthecoolingtowerpondhasreturnwater.d.等系统放气结束,冷却塔已有回水,可关闭各放气阀。Whensystemdischarginggasisover,condensersiphonsetup;thecoolingtowerhasbeenthebackwater.Thereleasevalvecanbeclosed.e.CRT全开循环泵出口阀,注意观察循环泵电机电流,出口压力,对循环管道冲洗。CRTopenfull-cycleofthepumpdischargevalve,observethecirculationpumpmotorcurrent,outletpressure,flushcirculatingpipeline.f.冷凝器循环水系统运行正常后打开冷油器进出水阀,对冷油器进行冲洗,经循环水回水母管回到循环水池Openwaterinlet/outletvalveofoilcoolerwhencondensercirculatingwatersystemrunningnormally,theoilcoolertobewashed,waterwillreturntocirculatingwaterpondbycyclewaterreturnmainpipe.Page11of13TheK5/K6WHRpowerplant(2x16MW)forSiamCityCementPublicCompanyLimitedg.冷油器循环水系统运行正常后打开空冷器进水出阀,对空冷器进行冲洗,经循环水回水母管回到循环水池Opentheaircoolerwaterinlet/outletvalvewhenoilcoolercirculatingwatersystemisrunningproperlytowashaircooler,thewaterwillreturntocyclewaterpondbycyclewaterreturnmainpipe.h.循环水系统试运冲洗完成后清理循环水池。Circulatingwaterpondshallbecleanedaftercirculatingsystemflushcompletion.m.在循环泵启动及运行过程中应严密监视下列重要参数;Intheprocessofcirculationpumpandrunning,thefollowingimportantparametersshouldbecloselymonitored;·电机电流,电机线圈温度,轴承温度,振动。Motorcurrent,motorwindingtemperature,bearingtemperature,vibration·循环水泵出口压力,凝汽器进出口循环水压力。Circulatingpumpoutletpressure,condenserpressureofinletandoutputofrecycledwater.n.在循环水启动过程中发生下列异常情况时,应紧急停泵:Intheprocessofcirculatingwaterstartup,ifoccursthefollowingabnormal,itshouldbestopthepumpimmediately.·泵或电机发生强烈震动。Pumpormotoroccurastrongshock·泵和电机轴
