1.TheImportanceofKeepingaGoodMoodWiththearrivalof21stcenturyoursocietyisincreasinglycharacterizedwithrapidpaceandpeopleinsuchasocietyhavetocopewithmuchmorepressurethanever.FormyownpartIwouldsaythatthemostdifficultandnecessarythingforustomanageinthiseraistokeepagoodmoodunderwhatevercircumstances.Itistruethatthereisalotofpressureinmodernlifebutitisalsopleasingandagreeable.Sinceabadmoodislikelytoworsenratherthantoeasethesituationwehaveeveryreasontobelievethateveryoneofusshouldkeepagoodmoodandnotloseourtemperwhencaughtinanunfavorablesituationsuchasscoldedorevenunfairlytreatedbytheboss.Besidesnooneispleasedtoworkwithpersonswhoaresorrowfuldepressedorblueallday.Afrequenthadmoodisadeadlyobstacleinpromotionorgoodworkrelationship.Moreoveritisespeciallyimportantforsuchpeopleasparentsorteacherstokeepagoodmoodfortheyarethemodelsoftheirchildrenorstudentswhosesoundandhealthygrowthrequiresaharmoniouslivingandlearningatmosphere.Fromwhathasbeendiscussedabovewecancometoasafeconclusionthatkeepingagoodmoodisafundamentalfactorforanyonewhowantstoachievesuccessinlifeandwhateverhappenstoyouhappyormiserableitshouldbekeptinmindthatkeepingagoodmoodisoneofthebestsolutionstotheproblem.TheImportanceofKeepingaGoodMoodWiththearrivalof21stcentury,oursocietyisincreasinglycharacterizedwithrapidpace,andpeopleinsuchasocietyhavetocopewithmuchmorepressurethanever.Formyownpart,Iwouldsaythatthemostdifficultandnecessarythingforustomanageinthiseraistokeepagoodmoodunderwhatevercircumstances.Itistruethatthereisalotofpressureinmodernlife,butitisalsopleasingandagreeable.Sinceabadmoodislikelytoworsenratherthantoeasethesituation,wehaveeveryreasontobelievethateveryoneofusshouldkeepagoodmoodandnotloseourtemperwhencaughtinanunfavorablesituation,suchasscoldedorevenunfairlytreatedbytheboss.Besides,nooneispleasedtoworkwithpersonswhoaresorrowful,depressedorblueallday.Afrequenthadmoodisadeadlyobstacleinpromotionorgoodworkrelationship.Moreover,itisespeciallyimportantforsuchpeopleasparentsorteacherstokeepagoodmood,fortheyarethemodelsoftheirchildrenorstudents,whosesoundandhealthygrowthrequiresaharmoniouslivingandlearningatmosphere.Fromwhathasbeendiscussedabove,wecancometoasafeconclusionthatkeepingagoodmoodisafundamentalfactorforanyonewhowantstoachievesuccessinlifeandwhateverhappenstoyou,happyormiserable,itshouldbekeptinmindthatkeepingagoodmoodisoneofthebestsolutionstotheproblem.
