一、原则

1、形象

第一印象主要是印象，女学生能淡妆，不要求硬度，假如头发长的话，我会尽量整理，男学生把胡子刮干净了，服装只要合适就可以，不穿正装也可以，还有一点须要留意的是，挺胸挺直腰板，长时间打手机和学习等，许多学生都驼背。

2、语言

说话的时候，说得快不快不慢，不要焦急，请清楚地发音，不要夹着鼻音，说老师的话的时候，不管他说的对不对，即使指责你，也要冷静下来，不要打断对方的话，含笑，让领导感到乐观自信，说话有逻辑性，简洁明白，可以分点叙述。
