摘要
本文针对某难处理的碲尾渣进行选矿研究,探究提高碲尾渣的品位和选矿回收率的方法。首先,通过对碲尾渣进行化学分析和物理性质测试,确定其组成和特点。其次,根据对资料的分析和对已有选矿方案的比较分析,综合考虑选择筛分、重选、浮选等工艺流程进行选矿试验。最后,通过对试验结果的分析和处理,总结出碲尾渣选矿过程中应注意的问题和解决方法。实验结果表明,以选矿回收率为主要评价指标,利用筛分和浮选进行选矿处理而达到理想效果,产出品位与回收率分别达到了80%和85%以上,为该类选择难度高、难度大的尾渣提供了实际应用参考。

Abstract
Inthispaper,thebeneficiationofdifficult-to-treattelluriumtailingsisstudiedtoexplorewaystoimprovethegradeandrecoveryrateoftelluriumtailings.Firstly,thechemicalanalysisandphysicalpropertytestingoftailingsarecarriedouttodeterminetheircompositionandcharacteristics.Secondly,basedontheanalysisofthedataandthecomparativeanalysisoftheexistingbeneficiationschemes,thescreening,gravitatorandflotationprocessareselectedforbeneficiationtests.Finally,throughtheanalysisandtreatmentofthetestresults,theproblemsandsolutionsthatshouldbepaidattentiontointheprocessoftelluriumtailingsbeneficiationaresummarized.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat,withthebeneficiationrecoveryrateasthemainevaluationindex,usingscreeningandflotationforbeneficiationcanachieveidealresults.Theoutputgradeandrecoveryratearemorethan80%and85%respectively,providingpracticalapplicationreferenceforthiskindoftailingswithhighdifficultyandhighdifficulty.

Theflotationprocessinvolvesaddingcollectors,frothers,andmodifierstothetailingsslurry,whichcreatesahydrophobicsurfaceonthevaluablemineralstobefloated.Theresultingflotationconcentrateisthenfurtherprocessedtoextractvaluableelements.Thecombinationofselectivecollectorsandfrothershasbeenfoundtobeeffectiveinseparatingtelluriumandothervaluableelementsfromgangueminerals.
Inconclusion,thebeneficiationoftelluriumtailingsischallengingbutachievablethroughproperselectionandcombinationofbeneficiationtechniques.Screeningandflotationhavebeenproventobeeffectiveinrecoveringvaluableelementsfromthesetailings,andcanprovidepracticalapplicationreferenceforothertailingswithhighdifficultyandlowgradeInadditiontoscreeningandflotation,otherbeneficiationtechniquesmayalsobefeasibleforthetreatmentoftelluriumtailings.Forexample,theuseofmagneticseparation,gravityseparation,orleachingmethodsmayalsobeeffectiveinrecoveringtelluriumandothervaluableelementsfromthesetailings.
