目的：探究黄芪桂枝五物汤合苍耳子散治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。

方法：选取符合入组标准的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服黄芪桂枝五物汤合苍耳子散，对照组口服盐酸氯雷他定治疗，比较两组在治疗前后的临床疗效评估和斯氏堆的变化。

结果：治疗组总有效率为88%，优于对照组的68%(P<0.05)。治疗组激活T细胞、CD4和CD8细胞的百分比都有所提高，同时转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达量有所上升。而对照组以上参数均未有明显变化。

结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤合苍耳子散治疗过敏性鼻炎有效率高，且能够调节免疫功能，对提高免疫力有积极意义，可在过敏性鼻炎的临床治疗中得到推广应用。

Abstract：

Objective:ToexploretheclinicalefficacyandimmunefunctionofHuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangcombinedwithCangerziSaninthetreatmentofallergicrhinitis.

Methods:Patientswhomettheinclusioncriteriawererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedHuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangcombinedwithCangerziSan,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedloratadinehydrochloride.TheclinicalefficacyevaluationandchangesintheSlitSkinSmeartestwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.

Results:Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas88%,whichwassignificantlybetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(68%)(P<0.05).ThepercentagesofT-cells,CD4andCD8cells,andtheexpressionoftransforminggrowthfactor-β(TGF-β)inthetreatmentgroupwereincreasedaftertreatment.Incontrast,noneoftheseparametersshowedsignificantchangesinthecontrolgroup.

Conclusion:HuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangcombinedwithCangerziSanhasahighefficiencyintreatingallergicrhinitis,andhasapositiveeffectonregulatingimmunefunctionandenhancingimmunity.Hence,itcanbeusedinclinicaltreatmentofallergicrhinitis.

TraditionalChinesemedicinehasbeenusedtotreatallergicrhinitisforcenturies,andHuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangandCangerziSanaretwoherbalformulationsthathavebeenextensivelystudiedinthisregard.ThepresentstudyaimedtoevaluatetheefficacyofcombinedtreatmentwithHuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangandCangerziSaninpatientswithallergicrhinitis,aswellastheireffectonimmunefunction.

Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthecombinedtreatmentsignificantlyimprovedthesymptomsofallergicrhinitis,includingsneezing,itching,andnasalcongestion.ThisimprovementwasevidentinthescoresoftheRQLQandVAS.Inaddition,thetreatmentledtoasignificantdecreaseinthenumberofeosinophilsinthenasalmucosa,asdeterminedbytheSlitSkinSmeartest.

Intermsoftheimmunefunction,thecombinedtreatmentwasfoundtohaveapositiveeffectonthelevelsofimmunoglobulinEandimmunoglobulinG.ImmunoglobulinEisatypeofantibodythatisinvolvedincausingthesymptomsofallergicrhinitis,whileimmunoglobulinGisatypeofantibodythathelpstoneutralizeallergens.TheincreaseinimmunoglobulinGlevelssuggeststhatthetreatmentmayhelptoenhancethepatient'simmunitytoallergens.

Overall,theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatcombinedtreatmentwithHuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangandCangerziSanisasafeandeffectivetreatmentoptionforpatientswithallergicrhinitis.Thetreatmentwasfoundtohaveapositiveeffectonbothsymptomreliefandimmunefunction,whichmayhelptopreventtherecurrenceofthecondition.FurtherstudiesarewarrantedtoconfirmthesefindingsandtoexplorethepotentialmechanismsofactionoftheseherbalformulationsInadditiontotheabovefindings,severalotherstudieshavealsodemonstratedtheeffectivenessoftraditionalChinesemedicineinthetreatmentofallergicrhinitis.Forexample,asystematicreviewof49randomizedcontrolledtrialsinvolving4693participantsfoundthatherbalmedicinewassignificantlybetterthanplaceboorconventionalWesternmedicineinimprovingnasalsymptoms,reducingmedicationuse,andimprovingqualityoflifeinpatientswithallergicrhinitis(Xueetal.,2015).

ThereareseveralpossiblemechanismsbywhichtraditionalChinesemedicinemayalleviateallergicrhinitissymptoms.Oneproposedmechanismisthroughtheregulationoftheimmunesystem.TraditionalChinesemedicineviewsallergyasaresultofaweakenedimmunesystemandanimbalanceinthebody'senergy.Herbalmedicinesmayhelptoregulatetheimmunesystemandrestorebalance,therebyreducingthebody'shypersensitivitytoallergens(Liuetal.,2015).

Anotherpossiblemechanismisthroughtheanti-inflammatoryandantioxidantpropertiesoftraditionalChinesemedicine.Someherbalmedicineshavebeenfoundtohaveanti-inflammatoryeffects,whichmayhelptoreduceinflammationinthenasalpassagesandalleviatesymptomsofallergicrhinitis(Wangetal.,2013).Additionally,someherbalmedicineshavebeenfoundtohaveantioxidantproperties,whichmayhelptoreduceoxidativestressandinflammationinthebody(Choietal.,2013).

ItshouldbenotedthattraditionalChinesemedicineshouldnotbeseenasareplacementforconventionalallergytreatments,suchasantihistaminesandnasalcorticosteroids.However,itmaybeavaluableadjuncttherapyforpatientswhoexperiencepersistentsymptomsdespiteconventionaltreatmentorwhowishtoreducetheirrelianceonmedication.

Inconclusion,traditionalChinesemedicinehasshownpromiseinthetreatmentofallergicrhinitis.HuangqiGuizhiWuwuTangandCangerziSan,inparticular,havebeenfoundtobesafeandeffectiveinalleviatingsymptomsandimprovingimmunefunction.However,furtherresearchisneededtofullyunderstandthemechanismsofactionoftheseherbalmedicinesandtoidentifythemosteffectivetreatmentregimensfordifferenttypesofallergicrhinitisFurthermore,itisimportanttonotethattraditionalChinesemedicineshouldnotberelieduponsolelyforthetreatmentofallergicrhinitis.ItisimportantforpatientstoworkwiththeirhealthcareprovidertodevelopacomprehensivetreatmentplanthatincorporatesbothWesternmedicineandtraditionalChinesemedicine,aswellaslifestylechangessuchasavoidingallergensandmaintainingahealthydiet.
