Deviceareafencestandard(1/4)适用范围：

Scope:

FenceGrid:采用直径为4mm的铁丝，编织或焊接成20mm*100mm长方形网格，镀锌处理，如下图所示。Withadiameterof4mmwire,wovenorweldedinto20mm*100mmsquaremeshrectangularmesh,galvanized,asshownbelow.设备区域护栏——标准（3/4）

Standardrequirements:护栏高度为1200mm。Fenceheightis1200mm.护栏支撑柱间距不大于1000mm，支撑柱采用采用钢管，外径为40mm。Fencesupportcolumnsspacednotmorethan1000mm,thesupportcolumnusingsteelpipeouterdiameterof40mm.护栏中间隔断横杆采用钢管，外直径为28mm。中间隔段间距不大于350mm。Guardrailbarrier,thedividingbarusedinthesteel,theouterdiameterof28mm.Intheintervalsegmentsspacednotmorethan350mm.

标准要求：

进出口门高度为900mm，

进出口门最高点与护栏高度一致。宽度为600mm。采用外直径40mm钢管。

标准规范：StandardSpecification:扶手、立柱高于900mm，间距小于1000mm。扶手应采用外径为30～50mm，壁厚不小于2.5mm的管材。立柱宜采用截面不小于40³40³4的角钢或外径为30－50mm的管材。Handrails,columnsthan900mm,spacingoflessthan1000mm.HandrailshouldOD30~50mm,wallthicknessofnotlessthan2.5mmofthepipe.Columnshouldadoptthecross-sectionofnotlessthan40³40³4anglesoranoutsidediameterof30-50mmpipe.

梯宽宜为700mm，最大不宜大于1100mm，最小不得小于600mm。Ladderwidthappropriateforthe700mm,themaximumnotmorethan1100mm,theminimumshallnotbelessthan600mm.踏步高、宽适当，除扶手外，必须设一根横杆Steppinghigh,widefit,fittedwithanything,youmustsetupabar参考文件：《SQS》第3章人员行走斜梯——标准（2/2）Personnelwalkinginclinedladderstandard(2/2)除扶手外必须加一根横杆，横杆采用直径不小于16mm圆钢或30³4的扁钢，固定在立柱中部。Inadditionhandrailmustbeaddedtoabar,barwithadiameterofnotlessthan16mmroundor30³4flatsteel,fixedinthemiddlecolumn.

踏步高、宽适当。应按斜梯不同倾斜角来选择踏步的高和宽。具体尺寸见表：

currentstatusNS-GANS-Body适用范围：Scope:适用于高处走台、梯间供休息和转向用的中间平台、高处作业平台。

Forhighwalkway,staircaseforrestandsteeringintermediateplatformheightplatform.

标准要点：Standardpoints:单人通道净宽至少应为600mm，最好为800mm。当通道经常有人通过或多人同时交叉通过时，宽度应增加至1200mm。通道如果作为撤离路线，其宽度应满足特定法规的要求。如果没有特定法规，最小宽度应为1200mm。

Singlechannelclearwidthshallbeatleast600mm,preferably800mm.Whenthechannelhasoftenbeenpassedthroughorcrossoverthesametime,thewidthshouldbeincreasedto1200mm.Channelifusedasevacuationroutes,itswidthshouldmeetspecificregulatoryrequirements.Ifthereisnospecificlegislation,theminimumwidthshouldbe1200mm.走台和平台的负荷应大于规定值（或实际使用负荷），要求平台、走台必须有足够的强度和刚度。通行平台按200kg/m2等效均布荷载设计；梯间平台按350kg/m2等效均布荷载设计；检修平台一般按400kg/m2等效均布荷载设计。设备平台按照设备负载要求进行计算。Walkwayandplatformloadshouldbegreaterthanthespecifiedvalue(oractualuseload),requirestheplatform,takethestationmusthavesufficientstrengthandrigidity.Accessplatformaccordingto200kg/m2equivalentuniformloaddesign;staircaseplatformat350kg/m2equivalentuniformloaddesign;maintenanceplatformgenerally400kg/m2equivalentuniformloaddesign.Deviceplatformloadrequirementscalculatedinaccordancewiththedevice.台面板周围的蹋脚挡板高度不小于100mm，离基面不大于10mm。

Platformplanksshouldbeusedmorethan4mmthicktreadplateoranon-sliphandleoftheplate.平台应安装在牢固可靠的支撑结构上，并与其刚性连接；梯间平台不得悬挂在梯段上；栏杆端部必须设置立柱或建筑物牢固连接。结构件不得有松脱、裂纹、扭曲、腐蚀、凹陷或凸出等严重变形，更不得有裂纹钢走台、平台安装后，必须认真除锈并做防腐涂装。
