热敏灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

热敏灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察摘要：目的：探讨热敏灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合选入标准的原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组采用口服西咪替丁及中药治疗，治疗组采用热敏灸加药物的方法治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率为95%，对照组的总有效率为75%，两组比较P<0.05，治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗后，治疗组的月经周期及量与对照组相比有显著改善，且无明显不良反应发生。结论：热敏灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效确切，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:Toobservetheclinicalefficacyofthermosensitivemoxibustioninthetreatmentofcoldstagnationandbloodstasistypeprimarydysmenorrhea.Methods:Eightypatientswithprimarydysmenorrheawhomettheinclusioncriteriawererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,with40casesineachgroup.ThecontrolgroupwastreatedwithoralcimetidineandChinesemedicine,whilethetreatmentgroupwastreatedwiththermosensitivemoxibustioncombinedwithmedication.Results:Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas95%,whilethatofthecontrolgroupwas75%.ThecomparisonbetweenthetwogroupsshowedthatP<0.05,andthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup.Aftertreatment,themenstrualcycleandvolumeofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,andnoobviousadversereactionsoccurred.Conclusion:Thermosensitivemoxibustioniseffectiveinthetreatmentofcoldstagnationandbloodstasistypeprimarydysmenorrhea,withoutadversereactions,andisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.

Thepresentstudyaimedtoevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofthermosensitivemoxibustioninthetreatmentofcoldstagnationandbloodstasistypeprimarydysmenorrhea.Atotalof80patientswererandomlyassignedtoeitherthetreatmentgrouporthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedthermosensitivemoxibustiontherapy,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalWesternmedicinetreatment.Thetherapeuticeffectwasevaluatedbymeasuringchangesinthevisualanalogscale(VAS)score,menstrualcycle,andmenstrualvolume.

TheresultsofthisstudyshowedthattheVASscore,menstrualcycle,andmenstrualvolumeofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup.TheVASscoreofthetreatmentgroupdecreasedsignificantly,indicatingareductioninpain.Themenstrualcycleandvolumewerealsosignificantlyimproved,indicatinganormalizationofmenstrualfunction.Importantly,noadversereactionswereobservedinthetreatmentgroup,indicatingthatthermosensitivemoxibustionisasafeandeffectivetherapyforprimarydysmenorrhea.

Inconclusion,thermosensitivemoxibustionisaneffectivetherapyforcoldstagnationandbloodstasistypeprimarydysmenorrhea.Itisanalternativetherapythatcanbeusedinsteadof,orinconjunctionwith,conventionalWesternmedicine.Furthermore,thistherapyhaslittleornoadversereactions,makingitasafetreatmentoption.Basedonthesefindings,thermosensitivemoxibustionisapromisingtherapyforthetreatmentofprimarydysmenorrheaandshouldbepromotedandappliedclinicallyInadditiontoitseffectivenessintreatingprimarydysmenorrhea,thermosensitivemoxibustionhasbeenfoundtobeusefulinmanagingothergynecologicalconditions.Forinstance,ithasbeenusedtotreatirregularmenstruation,ovariancysts,andendometriosis.Consequently,itisaversatiletherapythatcanbeusedinthemanagementofseveralgynecologicalconditions.

Severalstudieshaveinvestigatedthemechanismsbehindthetherapeuticeffectsofthermosensitivemoxibustion.Forexample,onestudyfoundthatitincreasestheexpressionofestrogenandprogesteronereceptors,whichpromotesnormalendometrialgrowthanddifferentiation.Additionally,thermosensitivemoxibustionhasbeenfoundtoregulatethehypothalamic-pituitary-ovarianaxis,whichiscrucialinmaintainingreproductivehealth.

Anotherstudyfoundthatthermosensitivemoxibustioncanimproveuterinebloodflow,whichiscrucialforendometrialgrowthandrepair.ThisisconsistentwiththetraditionalChinesemedicinetheorythatbloodstasiscancausegynecologicaldisorders.Byimprovingbloodflow,thermosensitivemoxibustionpreventsstagnationandensurespropercirculation.

Inconclusion,thermosensitivemoxibustionisaneffectiveandsafetherapyforthetreatmentofprimarydysmenorrheaandothergynecologicalconditions.Itoffersanon-invasiveanddrug-freealternativetoconventionalWesternmedicinetherapies.Whilemoreresearchisneededtoelucidateitsmechanismsofaction,theexistingevidencesuggeststhatitisapromisingtherapythatshouldbeconsideredinthemanagementofgynecologicaldisordersFurthermore,thermosensitivemoxibustionhasalsoshownpotentialforthetreatmentofothergynecologicalconditionssuchasendometriosis,polycysticovarysyndrome,andinfertility.Researchhasindicatedthatthermosensitivemoxibustioncanimproveendometrialthicknessandpregnancyratesinwomenundergoinginvitrofertilization(IVF)treatment.Additionally,thermosensitivemoxibustionhasbeenfoundtorelievesymptomsofpolycysticovarysyndromesuchasmenstrualirregularities,acne,andhirsutism.

Moreover,thermosensitivemoxibustionhasbeenshowntoexertaregulatoryeffectonthehypothalamic-pituitary-ovarianaxis,whichisresponsiblefortheregulationoffemalereproductivehormones.Thissuggeststhatthermosensitivemoxibustionmaybeusefulinthetreatmentofhormonalimbalancesthatcanleadtogynecologicaldisorders.
