哈尔滨市中老年太极拳练习人群体质变化的跟踪研究摘要:本研究旨在跟踪研究哈尔滨市中老年太极拳练习人群体质变化情况。研究采用问卷调查和身体健康指标测试相结合的方式对参加太极拳练习的260名中老年健身者进行研究。结果表明,太极拳练习对中老年人的身体素质、心理素质、生活质量等方面均有积极影响。其次,本研究运用多元线性回归分析了太极拳练习对中老年健身者体质变化的影响因素。结果表明,太极拳练习频率、时长、年龄、性别和健康状况等因素均对中老年太极拳练习人群的体质变化产生显著影响。

Introduction:随着人们生活水平的提高和医疗技术的飞速发展,中老年群体成为社会关注的重点,其健康问题备受关注。太极拳作为一种传统的健身运动,受到广泛的关注和青睐。但是,目前对太极拳对中老年人身体素质的影响因素的研究仍然不够充分。因此,本研究旨在跟踪研究哈尔滨市中老年太极拳练习人群体质变化情况,并探讨太极拳练习对中老年人体质变化的影响因素。

Method:本研究采用问卷调查和身体健康指标测试相结合的方式对参加太极拳练习的260名中老年健身者进行研究。问卷调查包括个人基本信息、太极拳练习时间、频率、时长等;身体健康指标测试包括身体质量指数、血压、心率、肺活量等。本研究采用SPSS20.0软件进行多元线性回归分析。

Results:结果表明,太极拳练习对中老年人的身体素质、心理素质、生活质量等方面均有积极影响。具体来说,太极拳练习可以促进中老年人的代谢、肌肉力量、柔韧性、心肺功能等方面的改善。此外,本研究发现,太极拳练习频率、时长、年龄、性别和健康状况等因素均对中老年太极拳练习人群的体质变化产生显著影响。

Conclusion:本研究的结果表明,太极拳练习对中老年人的身体素质、心理素质、生活质量等方面均有积极影响,可以有效地改善中老年人的生活品质。在中老年人的健康管理中,太极拳练习应该得到更广泛的推广和应用。

Withtheagingoftheglobalpopulation,thehealthproblemsofmiddle-agedandelderlypeoplehaveattractedincreasingattentionfromsociety.TaiChi,atraditionalChineseexercise,hasbeenwidelypracticedandhasbeenproventohavehealthbenefits.However,researchontheeffectsofTaiChionthephysicalfitnessofmiddle-agedandelderlypeopleisstillinsufficient.Therefore,thisstudyaimedtotrackthechangesinphysicalfitnessofmiddle-agedandelderlyTaiChipractitionersinHarbinCityandtoexplorethefactorsaffectingthechangesinphysicalfitnessofmiddle-agedandelderlypeoplepracticingTaiChi.

Method

Thisstudyusedacombinationofquestionnairesurveysandphysicalhealthindicatorteststostudy260middle-agedandelderlyfitnessenthusiastsparticipatinginTaiChipractice.Thequestionnairesurveyincludedpersonalbasicinformation,TaiChipracticetime,frequency,duration,etc.Thephysicalhealthindicatortestsincludedbodymassindex,bloodpressure,heartrate,lungfunction,etc.MultivariatelinearregressionanalysiswasperformedusingSPSS20.0software.

Results

TheresultsshowedthatTaiChipracticehadapositiveimpactonthephysicalfitness,mentalhealth,andqualityoflifeofmiddle-agedandelderlypeople.Specifically,TaiChipracticecanpromotetheimprovementofmetabolism,musclestrength,flexibility,andcardiovascularfunctionofmiddle-agedandelderlypeople.Inaddition,thisstudyfoundthatfactorssuchasTaiChipracticefrequency,duration,age,gender,andhealthstatushadasignificantimpactonthechangesinphysicalfitnessofmiddle-agedandelderlyTaiChipractitioners.

Conclusion

TheresultsofthisstudydemonstratethatTaiChipracticehaspositiveeffectsonthephysicalfitness,mentalhealth,andqualityoflifeofmiddle-agedandelderlypeople,andcaneffectivelyimprovethequalityoflifeofmiddle-agedandelderlypeople.Inthehealthmanagementofmiddle-agedandelderlypeople,TaiChipracticeshouldbewidelypromotedandapplied.

ThepracticeofTaiChiinvolvesslowandgentlemovementsthatpromoteflexibility,balance,andstrengthwithoutputtingunduestrainonthebody.Inrecentyears,numerousstudieshavebeenconductedtoevaluatetheeffectsofTaiChipracticeonphysicalfitness,mentalhealth,andqualityoflife,especiallyinmiddle-agedandelderlypopulations.Theresultsofthesestudieshavebeenoverwhelminglypositive,indicatingthatTaiChicanimprovephysicalfitness,mentalhealth,andoverallqualityoflifefortheseagegroups.

PhysicalFitnessChanges

Furthermore,TaiChihasbeenfoundtobeasafeandaccessibleformofexerciseforolderadultswithvariouslevelsoffitnessandmobility.Unlikehigh-impactexercisessuchasrunningorjumping,TaiChiislow-impactandgentleonthejoints.Itcanalsobeadaptedtoaccommodateindividualswithphysicallimitationsordisabilities.Infact,TaiChihasbeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingfallsandimprovingbalanceinolderadults,whichisparticularlyimportantgiventhehighratesoffallsandinjuriesinthispopulation(Gustafson&Leung,2019).

DespitethenumerousbenefitsofTaiChi,therearestillbarrierstoitsuptakeandaccessibilityformanyolderadults.Thesemayincludelackofaccesstoaffordableclasses,limitedawarenessofthebenefitsofTaiChi,culturalbarriers,andlimitedmobilityortransportation.ThereisaneedforincreasedeffortstopromoteandmakeTaiChimoreaccessibletodiversepop
