摘要:在当前的科技发展与产业升级的背景下,如何构建具有可持续竞争力的商业模式,逐渐成为科技型在位企业面临的挑战。本文基于商业模式冰山理论,将科技型在位企业的商业模式分为4个模块,并以互补性资产和技术商业化能力为中介变量,建立了一个系统动力学模型,探究互补性资产、技术商业化能力和核心能力对商业模式创新的影响,并进行了仿真分析。结果表明,互补性资产和技术商业化能力的提升可以促进商业模式创新,而核心能力则发挥着调节作用。同时,本文针对研究结果提出了相关建议,以期为科技型在位企业提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentoftechnologyandupgradingofindustries,theconstructionofsustainableandcompetitivebusinessmodelshasgraduallybecomeachallengefacedbytechnology-basedincumbentcompanies.BasedontheBusinessModelIcebergTheory,thispaperdividesthebusinessmodeloftechnology-basedincumbententerprisesintofourmodulesandestablishesasystemdynamicsmodelusingcomplementaryassetsandtechnologycommercializationcapabilitiesasintermediatevariablestoexploretheimpactofcomplementaryassets,technologycommercializationcapabilities,andcorecapabilitiesonbusinessmodelinnovation,andconductssimulationanalysis.Theresultsshowthattheenhancementofcomplementaryassetsandtechnologycommercializationcapabilitiescanpromotebusinessmodelinnovation,whilecorecapabilitiesplayaregulatoryrole.Thispaperalsoproposesrelevantsuggestionsfortechnology-basedincumbententerprisesbasedontheresearchresults,inthehopeofprovidingusefulreferences.

Whilecomplementaryassetsandtechnologycommercializationcapabilitiesarecrucialforbusinessmodelinnovation,corecapabilitiesplayaregulatoryrole.Corecapabilitiesrefertothekeyresourcesandcompetenciesthatformthecoreoftheenterpriseanddefineitsstrategicdirection.Inthecontextofbusinessmodelinnovation,thecorecapabilitiesshouldbealignedwiththenewbusinessmodeltoensurecoherenceandconsistency.Atthesametime,corecapabilitiesmayalsoconstraininnovationiftheyleadtoarigidorganizationalstructureorareluctancetoexplorenewideas.

Basedonourresearchresults,weproposeseveralsuggestionsfortechnology-basedincumbententerprisestoenhancetheirbusinessmodelinnovationcapability.Firstly,enterprisesshouldidentifytheircorecompetenciesandassesstheirrelevancetothenewbusinessmodel.Theyshouldalsoexplorenewcomplementaryassetsthatcouldfacilitatetheimplementationofthenewbusinessmodel.Secondly,enterprisesshouldinvestintechnologycommercializationcapabilities,includingthedevelopmentofeffectivecommercializationstrategiesandtheprotectionofintellectualpropertyrights.Thirdly,enterprisesshouldadoptaflexibleorganizationalstructurethatencouragesexperimentationandprovidessupportforinnovativeinitiatives.

Finally,enterprisesneedtobeawareofthepotentialrisksandchallengesassociatedwithbusinessmodelinnovation.Theseincludetheriskofcannibalizingexistingbusiness,thechallengeofmanagingorganizationalchange,andtheneedforcontinuousinvestmentincomplementaryassetsandcapabilities.Toaddressthesechallenges,enterprisesshouldadoptabalancedandproactiveapproachthatfocusesonbothshort-termandlong-termgoals.
