seyoungerdoctorsarenotasdedicatedorashardworkingas

physicianswhoenteredpractice20to30yearsago.Fifty-seven

percentofolderphysicianssaidtheywouldnotrecommendmedici

neasacareertotheirownchildren.Similarly,44percentsaidthey

wouldnotselectmedicineasacareeriftheywerestarlingouttoday.
